Andrew Scott getting all the Cardiff civic jobs at least. Great for them.

Hi Janet and Paul, saw your in-progress Cardiff poster on Reddit. Looks very good! Amazing to see us on there. Would be happy to post it when it’s done, if you like? Cheers
Has there been oil released into the Taff in Cardiff, around Llandaff North? People saying it can be seen and smelt.

That’s it. Cancel the relief road. It’s all fine. Nothing to see here.
You know you can’t U-turn on a motorway, @WelshLabour.
Labour U-turns on M4 relief road and calls for new motorway

Cardiff doesn’t have a public stocks anymore but if we did you’d surely be in them for suggesting a Welsh organisation doesn’t have to have a dragon in its logo! (Joke. Agreed.)

Enjoyed the mad-capped, funny and poignant whistle-stop tour of 2,000 years of Cardiff history that is Balloon Girl @ShermanTheatre last night. (On till 24 Oct.)
Michael Sheen was there, munching popcorn and laughing. …My daughter asked him if he won #TheCelebrityTraitors 😬
Swn is this weekend in Cardiff (starts tomorrow). The city’s autumnal indie music fest started way back in 2007. Remembering its early years across many unusual venues (arts college on Newport Road; Reardon Smith theatre) brings back happy memories of going with @sarahlethbridge.

Didn’t go into big cities in France this summer but I expected and failed to see any new, nice Renault 5 - within two minutes being back in Britain I spotted one. The 2Cv will probably well here too. Used to love driving the original
Scrap metal collection vans should not have their weird PA messages blasting before 9am on a Sunday….in my area when I was out late drinking. Anything to be done about it? (Apart from change my lifestyle.)
We need to get tough, people. Individuals who watch stuff on their phones in public with the sound up loud should have their Welsh citizenship revoked.
Insult to injury: it’s useful to know that you can’t park in the big Tesco (Gabalfa) car park on a Sunday evening for longer than 15mins (even if you’ve been assaulted by little tykes). Horizon Parking will fine you.
“Jolene” released in Cymraeg by Dolly’s niece Jada, @BBCRadioWales’ Bronwen Lewis and featuring the legend herself. Quite amazing really.

They could be off-ramps only. It’s an interesting idea. I still think the answer is an almighty flyover over Brynglas! Reckon the French would build it.

Don’t care for the guy and avoid his columns and shows, but no sure his hoping for a less extreme summer in the UK next year is idiocy. It’s both reasonable to wish it, and fairly likely, no?
Interesting stuff. We’re going to be talking about this for a long time because the problem isn’t going away. And there’s clearly no silver bullet solution - action in various forms is needed. Still think a bypass highway (the Drakeford Expressway?) is needed south of NP.
