@FLOTUS Hello Dr. Biden. I am a fellow educator named Rob Hammond. In July 2020 I was diagnosed with Stage IV rectal cancer. I have continued to teach in person though I am finally reaching physical limits. My wife and I have exhausted our resources
And are running out of options. I will soon be forced to take FMLA and will lose both my health insurance and my pay in short order. I do not want my death to bankrupt my family and leave them struggling to get by. I don’t expect any type of changes in legislation,
Though that would be ideal. How ver, if you could assist us in any way, shape, form, or fashion I would be grateful. gofundme.com/f/educator-rob-…
@AOC my name is Rob Hammond. I am an educator that was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer in July 2020. My wife and I have exhausted our resources and I do not anticipate having much longer left. I continue to teach in-person but am becoming weaker.
Eventually I will be forced to take FMLA and will lose both my income and my insurance in short order. I just want my wife and daughter looked after when I pass. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated. gofundme.com/f/educator-rob-…
@BernieSanders I am an educator diagnosed with Stage IV rectal cancer in July 2020. My wife and I have exhausted our resources. I am continuing to teach in person each day and am slowly dying in the process. I am a proud person, but we need help.
I don’t want my death to bankrupt them and leave them destitute. Please help us. gofundme.com/f/educator-rob-…
