The 36th @IEEEorg International Conference on Microelectronic Test Structures #ICMTS2024 will be held in-person in #Edinburgh, Scotland. The Call for Papers is available at edin.ac/3QmliJd. The deadline for submissions is October 27th 2023.

The votes are in and we have a joint winner for the best paper award at #icmts2023. Hans Tuinhout at his last ICMTS as an author and Yuma Iwata. We hope they will both be able to attend #icmrs2024 in Edinburgh next April.
