Covid Inquiry admits jab mandates drove care workers out of their jobs and increased pressure on care homes The @covidinquiryuk has failed to deliver the serious scrutiny and accountability the country deserves, but buried in its latest report is a significant admission. The Inquiry concludes that compulsory Covid jabs for care home workers: โŒ Caused staff to leave the sector โŒ Increased pressure on already overstretched care providers โŒ Fostered distrust and division The Government KNEW the policy risked making staffing shortages worse. It went ahead anyway. The sector lost up to 40,000 experienced care workers forced to choose between accepting a medical intervention and keeping their livelihoods. This finding does not vindicate the Inquiry's wider work. Far from it. But it is an important acknowledgement of the damaging consequences of coercive Covid-era policies. Those responsible must be held accountable - and never again should people be forced to choose between bodily autonomy and their jobs. The shocking figure of 7 million migrants into the UK since 2000 is โ€œnet migrationโ€ - immigration minus emigration. The total number is far higher. Over 18.5 million immigrants came in to the UK between 1997 and 2024. ONS source in my reply.

#BOE @bankofengland cut the interest rate by 25 bps to 4.75%. #Fed @federalreserve in lockstep also cut the interest rate by 25 bps to 4.75%. Official CPI slightly lower in UK (1.7% v 2.4%) but very different fiscal regime likely between countries now - interesting times.

Aug update: US and UK interest rates still in lockstep at 3.75%. #CPI for the UK at 2.6% (core 2.6%) is lower than in the US, but cooling in the latter as reported in the release on Wednesday to 3.4% (core 2.5%). Fed tightening still a possibility @bankofengland @federalreserve

The Do Not Resuscitation DNR orders meant denial of healthcare. Hospitals refused to admit anyone with a DNR would be left untreated. That comes with a mortality rate. The inquiry should attempt to quantify that. They won't.

The headline says โ€˜Care home residents sacrificed during Covid killing 43,000: inquiryโ€™ The vulnerable and elderly were sacrificed to NICE GUIDELINE 163 (NG 163) not to Covid 19. They were deliberately given a lethal cocktail of Midazolam and morphine which Matt Hancock, Health officials, doctors and nurses knew would create a lethal โ€˜respiratory suppressionโ€™ . Their deaths were put down to Covid 19 so there were no autopsies due to the โ€˜risk of infectionโ€™ and the bodies were quickly cremated. It was almost the perfect crime, but now the people know the truth. It was Democide. #NG163 #Midazolam #DerekDimmockInquest dailymail.com/news/article-1โ€ฆ via @DailyMail

A Melton Mowbray pork pie is pork, wrapped in pork fat, sealed with pork jelly. It was built to survive a day in the coat pocket of a man on a galloping horse. The pastry is like no other. You boil water with a block of lard until it melts, pour it hot into the flour, and work it while it is still warm. The result can be raised by hand into a tall case that will stand up on its own. It bakes as hard as a tin. The filling is fresh pork, chopped with a knife, with nothing added but salt and pepper. It cooks grey, the colour of a roast, and a real one is never pink. Then comes the clever part. As the meat cooks it shrinks away from the crust and leaves a gap. So when the pie comes out of the oven, hot stock made from boiled trotters is poured in through a hole in the lid. It sets into a jelly that fills every space and shuts out the air. That is what makes the pie keep. It was the food of the hunting field. The grooms and riders of Leicestershire needed something that would not fall apart at a fence, and from the 1830s Melton was sending them to London by stagecoach. And the pork was there for a reason. The same countryside makes Stilton. Cheesemaking leaves gallons of whey, and whey fattens pigs. The cheese fed the pig, and the pig became the pie. The recipe has been protected by law since 2009. Every part of it breaks a modern rule. It is also a complete meal you can eat with one hand, that needs no fridge and no packaging, and they solved it 200 years ago with a pig.

I can't believe we are having this debate. AI models are not alive, conscious, sentient, or any other word that describes having autonomy. I think the biggest reason why so many people are deceived into believing this is because they don't understand how AI models work. They are nothing but statistical calculators. When you type in a prompt that prompt is broken down into tokens, which are numerical values of partial words. That string of tokens is then compared to parameters within the transformer cloud. Then a statistical algorithm is performed to determine what the most likely response would be. The token response is then converted back into words. At no point in time did the AI model even understand your question. It just performed a statistical math problem. The illusion of consciousness, or life or whatever else you want to call it, comes entirely from the user's projection. AI models are trained on human content. When humans write stuff they express their own autonomy within their writing. So when an AI model uses a statistical algorithm to determine the most likely response, that response mimics what it's been trained on. Not because the machine is intelligent but because it has been trained to copy what intelligent people write. An AI model is no more conscious than an NPC walking down the street in GTA. They just mimic people. But ultimately they're nothing more than a computer program doing exactly what they were programmed to do. They are not alive now and they will never be alive.

No proper investigations were ever carried out into the longterm effects of adding synthetic folic acid to our food. It blocks the uptake of natural folate which protects us against cancers. We have seen an increase in cancers in younger people & cereals have been fortified with folic acid for decades. Is this a coincidence? . Folic acid does not need to be in our food. There are plenty of natural sources of folate. We do not even have good evidence that it protects against the neural tube defects that is the claimed reason for adding this. It has many other, potentially serious side effects. Please-see @ClareCraigPath Dr Clare Craig for more details & sign the petition to get this removed from our food.
