Awaken from the dust, tear through the illusion of this world, and behold a glory brighter than a thousand suns waiting to be conquered. This is the 'potential' apex of our cosmic sovereign inheritance. A celestial reality where our frame, forged in perfected might through a battle filled ascent, stands in honor and Glory beside our Eternal Queens to preside over worlds without number and partake in the pure essence of all eternity. As the ancient skalds sang of golden halls earned through righteous battle, and as the founding seers thundered to us of our celestial potential to become as the Gods themselves, so to must the true man see this as his ultimate destiny and make it his primary desire and singular pursuit. To be forged into kings, priests, and creators is the highest, most noble dream that the soul of Man can have. We must pour every measure of our lifes vigor, both physical and intellectual, into this ascent. We must strike the anvil of our faith, strike with the strength of our ancestors, and lay hold of the celestial throne that is offered to us. Yet the true seeker must know, this mortal theater offers no true sanctuary of stillness no reprieve from the battle. To believe you can rest idle, to think you have achieved what is needed and can simply wait for salvation, is the grand illusion given by the adversary of our progression who has a vested interest in our failure. If you yet draw breath in this world, your work is not done, your growth is not complete, you must seek more and do more. Passive waiting is a dangerous slumber woven to keep our spirit tethered to the dust of this world. There is no horizontal path. There is no finish line in this theater of dreams, for the true summit lies beyond the veil of tears we call life. You are either ascending through the piercing light of gnosis, one grueling step at a time, or you are quietly descending into the gravity of ignorance passing by lesson after lesson, and ignoring prompting after prompting. That is Stagnation and Stagnation is decay. If you are not vigorously laying claim to your true purpose in the relentless pursuit of light and gnosis, the current is already pulling you under. your comfort is your doom. You may be damned while still clinging to the passive hope of rescue or salvation. Yet Exaltation does not trickle down to the idle man set in his ways, satisfied with his portion, content with his knowledge, you must meet it on the battlefield of the soul and the mind and for some of the flesh. You must pierce the veil of complacency. Withdraw your consent from the slow death of comfort and look beyond the stars and seek after your true purpose. And climb, my brothers. CLIMB through the spheres. Claw tooth and nail if you must, until you breach the next level, and continue on for eternity. Never relent. Never surrender. NEVER AWAIT go and GET IT.

The divide between the Exoteric masses and the Esoteric few grows everyday. When critics mock the "planet" meme, the exoteric retreat to a comfortable, watered down definition and protestant friendly version of heaven. But the meme is merely a childish reduction of a profound truth. Exaltation is not about managing cosmic real estate nay it is our celestial sovereign inheritance. It is about being forged into Kings, Priests, and Creators, standing in honor beside our Eternal Queens to organize matter and preside over worlds without number. Why don't we openly teach this ultimate destiny anymore? Because the average man, dwelling only on the surface of the Gospel, cannot stomach the meat and craves only the milk. Brigham Young taught on this often: "If the Lord were to reveal many things to this people now, which will be made known in the future, they could not abide them they have not capacity at the present to receive them." He recognized the cowardly sentiment of the masses: "Don’t tell me anything that I can’t bear, for I don’t want to apostatize." Hearing things beyond one's spiritual maturity destroys the fragile faith of those clinging to a passive hope of rescue. This is why the depths of our celestial potential are hidden from those who are satisfied with their portion and content in their stagnation. But there is no horizontal path. Do not let the critics or the complacent redefine your crown. Dig deep, research more, and gain more. Pierce the veil of complacency, grow in Gnosis, and Climb higher.

The answers to the inversion we are seeing are not gone nor hidden per se, they are simply out of the limelight, and thus seemingly forgotten. They are waiting in the scriptures and the unvarnished talks of The Prophets. We must remember our Duty. Before they are our Wives, they are our Daughters. A Father has a Sacred Stewardship to Protect, Correct, and Guide his children with an unwavering vigor, a Righteous mantle that is eventually passed to a Husband, just as we will pass it to the young men who will marry our Daughters. This is a most vital and Holy Role that we ought to take much more seriously than we do today. This role as FATHER supersedes all other duties on earth and all other loyalties. We must put the safety and right teaching of our Daughters and Sons above all other concerns. We must at times clench their hands as they walk with us, turn their gaze away from the world by hand, and show them the Tree of Life we are walking towards. We must center their and indeed our very Own gaze upon the Savior and His Doctrines. We must not let the adversary and progressive societal norms redefine "Presiding" into a soft, permissive observation, or a shared role that we can let go of for a while and come back to. This role is squarely ours. Do not be confused by the world. Do not let the schools, teachers, or friends be their stewards. Do not abdicate your role for even a mere moment, for the ramifications can and Likely will be Eternal. God has entrusted us men with immense responsibility regarding His children. They are His children; indeed, they are OUR children. This cannot be understated, Brothers. As The Family: A Proclamation to the World firmly mandates, fathers are to "preside" and provide "protection." Presiding is: to lead, guide, protect, admonish, rebuke, provide for, and even manually course correct when needed to ensure they stay on the path while under our stewardship. It means it is our responsibility to be the Exemplar and to guide their growing agency into what will become the Rising Generation. True Presiding is Righteous Dominion (D&C 121) and Active Spiritual and Temporal Governance. It is the Duty of Fathers and Husbands to stand as the anchor and the shield, leading with such strength and love that our women's hands remain firmly gripped on ours and on the Iron Rod, no matter how hard the world pulls at them. To keep them so loved and so secure within the walls of our Hearth and home, the wiles of the adversary do not sway them and the shiny things of Babylon do not even interest them. To keep them from all unclean influence be it music, movies, books, or subversive people . we must be diligent in our duties to vet all influential things before they even reach the walls of our homes. We are, and indeed must be, the Curators of our children’s world. We must be selective in the things we expose them to. Despite this gargantuan task of daily work, the duty cannot be shirked, no matter how difficult or weary we may become. This is satan’s war on OUR family, and we must fight it head on. President Ezra Taft Benson explicitly warned that "Satan has made a major strike at the family" and that his "thrust is directed at the youth" through the media. Furthermore, as Spencer W. Kimball and other early prophets warned: if the women lose their modesty and their way, the world is doomed, because the virtue of our women is the final defense of society. A quote Fathers and Husbands should ponder is Thomas S Monson "When you save a girl, you save generations." We don't need to wait for a new mandate, because the mandate has always been there; we have simply and detrimentally lost sight of it. We "need not be commanded in all things," yet we have been commanded here. Let us refocus and redouble our efforts. It is time for Men to stand up and be Firm in our duty to God and Our Children and reclaim the Righteous Patriarchal Mantle, step fully into our divine purpose, and protect the family.

I am completely in awe of Elder Bednars talk. The depth of it left me reflecting on the brilliance of his teaching style. The passport metaphor he employed is an exquisite, mundane vessel for what is, in reality a hyper steganographic broadcast. On the surface it was a beautiful and accessible sermon that was profoundly edifying to the casual listener, allowing everyone to reap spiritual value on a clear practical frequency. But when you look closer, the broadcast simultaneously transmits a striking confirmation of cosmic architecture. Elder Bednars breakdown of how the Holy Spirit functions here as the system validator. It is the active cryptographic signature that ratifies our credentials based on continuous uptime, rather than a one time initialization. To the Seeker the passport represents the specific system hierarchies, permissions, and tokens required for vertical ascension through the spheres. It perfectly illustrates that entering higher states of existence demands far more than static belief or intellectual tracking alone. It requires forward motion. "True Gnosis," where knowledge, faith, and taking action are seamlessly combined. We cannot simply learn the mechanics of ascension or execute a protocol once. We must continuously walk that path and actively perform the things we learn. It isn't enough to understand how to ascend we must actively live the acts of ascension and attain and maintain the tokens. It is just so remarkable how he loops this depth right back into an accessible reality. I have such deep appreciation for Bednar's unique technique in absolute plainness. By using such simple, grounded language, he easily cloaks massive truths in a way that respects and feeds every listener exactly where they are. Truly a masterclass in teaching.
