I have submitted a chargeback and been refunded by my back. Monteiro can still dispute this within 45 days.
You would like to think that sooner or later his bank will tire of the chargebacks and view him as a bad risk that they do not want and close his accounts.
How is Neil Monterio at Horizon Music selling the @paulwellerHQ exclusive 7” box set for £107.08.
The bandit is a fraudster.
Horizon Music steals your money.
#surreypolice @PaulWellerNews warn all fans not to order from this fraudster.
