Mashirika brought a creative twist to the Africa HealthTech Summit #AHTS2026, using performance to connect health, technology and the realities of our lives today.
A reminder that conversations about health tech are ultimately about people, and how technology is changing the way we live, work and access care. @AfricaHTSummit

"From the roots, We rise".
Inzozi Dance Company's performance embodies this year's theme, "Holding on, Holding Together". No words, just dance moves that speak, the audience listens. #UbumuntuArtsFestival is indeed where arts meets humanity. #Ubumuntu2026.

A special moment at the @UbumuntuArtFest with @HopeAzeda: for the first time, an Israeli dance ensemble, Al-Atlal, took the stage in Kigali. Hearing both Hebrew and Arabic on stage was a powerful reminder that art can build bridges where words often cannot. 🇮🇱🇷🇼

Day two of Ubumuntu Arts Festival was about the power of words, stories and creative expression.
The Literature Day event took place at INZIRA Creative Hub, led by multidisciplinary artist Delah Dube, with young creatives, poets, writers and multi-format artists coming together to share, listen and create.
The day also featured a guest session led by Nigerian audio producer Fay Fay bringing another layer to the conversation on storytelling and sound.
It was a beautiful reminder that literature is not only found on pages. It lives in voice, memory, performance, rhythm and the many ways people carry their stories.
