I feel like when God asked me if I wanted to be good looking or rich I should’ve picked one but I was taking a drink of water and some went down the wrong pipe and I started coughing and here we are.
I’m not going to other sites and to be honest, I’m done here too. There’s no joy in this place any more.
The @JasonIsbell lyric “I left my wallet in a hotel room” makes me as anxious as the entire “Anxiety” song.
In my head, “Save the World” off @JasonIsbell’s #Weathervanes is the 3rd song in a trilogy with “Anxiety” and “What have I done to help?”
I was the worst of the two of us
Rex's blues wasn't through with us
You were bound for glory and grown to die
Oh, but why wasn't I? Why wasn't I?
Happy Mothers Day to @chelshoop, I’m glad we had these beautiful knuckleheads.

That jokester turtle laughed hard and said, “Got your nose!” (My dog and the turtle are both fine now.)
Some songs are too perfect to not come from experience. There’s absolutely no way @JasonIsbell could’ve written “Anxiety” without having lived it. It too perfectly describes what anxiety feels like to come from secondhand knowledge. It’s surgically accurate.
I don’t play music anymore, but I do still accept money from people wishing to buy the music I once made! It’s bandcamp Friday! Name your own price on my first and last albums!
