I am once again looking for someone to help me grow my YouTube channel. I've recently found a W short-form guy, so I'm specifically looking for someone who understands the long-form side of things.
Getting the content is very easy, unfortunately I just don't have a clue what to do with it once I get it.
Ideally I'm looking for someone interested in a revenue share payment with a guaranteed floor, so you are never working for free but you are properly rewarded when your work gets results.
Currently playing Delta Force, but with BF6 and BO7 dropping soon, there will be LOADS of potential that I'm looking to maximize... and I want to bring somebody up with me.
Any vouches or recommendations are heavily appreciated

That is because you are multi-streaming to 2 platforms that have no algorithm / discovery. You reach more people by adding YouTube into your multi-stream, titling the streams with basic titles so people can potentially find them via search (ex. "Warzone Ranked LIVE" over something like "ColdBore plays games") & using thumbnails that are basic and to the point as well, like a screenshot from the game.
From there, you set your streaming software to be able to start clipping. Then you start posting as much content as you can EVERYWHERE. Lots of videos will get little to no views, but as you learn tiktok, youtube, instagram, and facebook, you will start to see what kind of content does better than others, then focus on producing that. That is how you reach more people, build your community and get better at being a content creator in general.

Decided to treat myself after 4 years of content creation.
Countless hours of streams, videos, and ads behind the scenes.
Thank you so much for the build @rednek_engineer!!!
