We can't wait to show you what's next.
After a lot of thought, we've made the difficult decision to wind down Mantle over the coming months.
We know this affects real work you've built on top of us.

Today @ShopifyDevs announced Shopify App Pricing. Mantle is already built for where this is heading. Here's what it means if you're on Mantle.
Where our role evolves: plans and pricing move to the Shopify Partner Dashboard. What stays with Mantle: making usage events easy with one API, plus the layers your app's business runs on. Implement once, get both.
We just shipped Help Desk inboxes.
Group your tickets how your team actually works — frontline, premium, escalations, whatever. Each inbox can be owned by a team or an AI agent.
Auto-assigners, flows, filters, bulk actions — all inbox-aware.
A lot more Help Desk stuff coming.

Jetson now integrates with @heymantle meaning your Shopify app user CRM data is connected to user's bug reports / feature requests.
Such a huge feature for my apps - it helps me make informed decision about when to prioritize building what feature, and for who.
Knowing who is requesting features is almost as important as the feature request itself: are they a paying user? are they about to churn?
Our integration with @heymantle allows you to pull in CRM data about Shopify app users to help you make better decisions on what to build.

wowowow @heymantle seismic vol 3 looks huge.
The new help desk feature looks super promising.
Even after just 10 mins:
- All help desk articles migrated from Crisp
- Better AI suggestions then Crisp
- Auto-translate works as expected
Will need to set up the email integration and add the chat widget to production, but I'm super excited.
I hope we can switch for good it would be amazing to have as many things in one place as possible.

Most billing systems force you into an awkward choice: if you want to let a customer trial a higher plan, you have to move them off their current plan. That means you stop billing them while they evaluate.
Sure, you could manually toggle features on and off for them, but then you have to keep track and remember to turn them off or built out a system to manage it.
That's a bad trade, so we built the system for you.
Enter: Trial Features. Now you can grant temporary access to any set of features — regardless of what plan a customer is on — without touching their subscription.
Define a bundle of features, set an expiry (or don't), and apply it to any customer in a few clicks. Their plan stays the same. Their billing stays the same. They just get access to more.
Use it to let customers try before they upgrade. Use it to save a churning customer by showing them what they'd lose. Use it as a support gesture when someone's frustrated. Use it to run a beta with a handful of customers before you roll a feature into a plan.
We built this for ourselves to help us roll out, track, and control the Mantle Pro beta, and now we've released it for everyone.
