Today, @HelloTidalwave ranks among the top 1% on the Inc. 5000 list. But it wasn’t always like that: "Before ShipHero, life was survival."
"I don't worry about growing anymore." For Tidalwave’s co-founder, @beeseewell, that's the difference ShipHero WMS can make.

How does a 3PL go from a "nightmare" Peak Season to processing 100,000+ orders a month with ease? For @HelloTidalwave, the answer was switching to ShipHero. A masterclass in growth.

It’s not lost on me this is what we created.
From 100 hats in a tiny garage to closing in on 600,000 hats sold in just three short years.
No employees. Free Shopify theme. iPhone shot content. Profitable. Doing it all ourselves.
Amazing 3PL partner with @HelloTidalwave. They are a real blessing. Truly got lucky there.
Nothing is forced. We don’t “need” anything. You want to talk about vibe marketing? That’s all we do. 🤣
One thing to note. @ejayodonnell @geastey and myself tried and failed many things long before DG started. Over 36 years combined between the three of us. Funny way to put it but that’s the truth.
Dad Gang just makes sense. It was necessary. Dads deserved more than dumb joke brands. We are so much more.
I don’t take much time to turn around and appreciate what’s happened and need to do that more. But wow. Can’t believe we’re here.
Thank you to anyone that has ever supported. It means the world and then some!

I have referred so many prospective 3PL's to Shiphero it's insane. The only things I ask in return is that you continue making your software really good, and that @HelloTidalwave can make and distribute your employee merch - @aaronrubin 🤝

Final 2024 stuff for DG.
We sold 301,018 hats.
ROAS was about a 6X all year.
Free Shopify theme. iPhone shot content. Like 3 landing pages.
Grew 230% YoY.
AOV $44.
Fun: lots.
I make all the ads using @canva or @capcutapp.
Email was Klaviyo for first half of the year and SMS was attentive, but then we switched to just attentive for everything and it's been awesome.
Other than that? It's still just the three of us + our amazing 3PL @HelloTidalwave.
Excited for what 2025 will bring! 💥

Ya'll are the biggest blessing! 🙌

3,276 hats sold yesterday.
Whole lotta dad lids getting shipped.
Best part is we're flying over to visit @SchroedsBiz at our 3PL next week to join in on the shipping madness!
Best 3PL partner on earth. If it's not @HelloTidalwave I don't want it. 🙌

The "brands are never satisfied with their 3PL" discourse is such BS.

Gotta give credit to @SchroedsBiz & @beeseewell (@HelloTidalwave):
We had around 4k backorders while waiting for inventory to arrive. Container arrived at 9am this morning and they got 75% of the orders shipped TODAY! 🔥🙏🏻

Name another 3PL that makes this kind of effort to get you content while packing 2,000 orders a day.
@HelloTidalwave and @SchroedsBiz are undefeated.
