Great post, thanks for writing it. Your conclusion is why @HelenWBTeam advocates values-based recruitment. Struck also that shifting thinking about the *value* of what careworkers do crucial (and links to shifting mindsets about the value of social care generally)?

able to further proliferate this body of work via @SystemsHuman as it has spread to most of the ne public sector and beyond. Mark regularly says the work is politically agnostic, but I have a more positive feeling about the Liberated method being adopted with the new government.

I think that my sentiments are aligned w @MaryOToole10
Hope the new @UKLabour govt inc all relevant ministers @SKinnock @wesstreeting do not simply initiate a load of new talking shops / reviews re #SocialCare but actively seek out stuff that's already happening at grassroots/coalface/ locality level that is innovative and making good #socialcare happen in all its many forms @CormacRussell

Exciting news
Another really interesting appointment. We had a fascinating conversation with Paul a few months ago about facilitating financial flows across health & social care (honest it was!) with a powerful example in homecare which made us think about @HelenWBTeam & @cath_roff work
