Building Future-Ready Healthcare Leaders | AFMS at IIM Raipur
The first batch of 25 #AFMS officers successfully completed the Executive Leadership Programme for Founders & CEOs of Hospitals at IIM Raipur, culminating in a three-day immersion programme from 09–11 Oct 2026. Conducted by the Academy of Digital Health Sciences in collaboration with IIM Raipur, the six-month programme encompassed strategic leadership, hospital administration, financial management, operational efficiency, digital health transformation, AI-driven healthcare, change management and patient-centric care. A significant step towards nurturing visionary healthcare leaders, strengthening institutional capabilities and transforming Armed Forces hospitals into technologically advanced, efficient and future-ready centres of healthcare excellence.

Leaders represented SingHealth, NUHS, NHG Health, Singapore General Hospital, Changi General Hospital, Mount Alvernia Hospital, NUS, KPJ Healthcare University and more.
The convening also brought together perspectives from Mayo Clinic, Siemens Healthineers, IQVIA, Heidrick & Struggles, Great Eastern, the Singapore Association for Mental Health and NUS Business School Alumni Association.
