Our meta-analysis/review on mental imagery of NSSI & suicide is out! Mental imagery is common, vivid, and may be associated with increased risk for self-harm behavior. Prospective data is needed, but existing data suggests we should be assessing for mental imagery clinically!
Fantastic team effort with @JulieLinJi @TaylorABurkePhD @BalkindEmma and twitterless Richard Liu. Excited to update this in a few years with the great work coming out from people like @MirandaLabCUNY and @ddlcoppersmith !
