I finally read the Project 2025's proposals for education. It's easy enough to say "abolish the department of education." I mean, who outside of Washington actually cares about how the federal government organizes its education programs? But what you might care about is that
AI doesn't have to replace human friendship, but it can supplement it & for some that will be incredibly useful, esp. amidst a loneliness epidemic. It's no diff than online communities, which have long served a purpose nytimes.com/2024/05/09/techn… #AI #FutureTech

Clinical training is about training your judgment & instincts over time. It works over time. I worry that annual practicum match gives some trainees the idea that they aren't enough as is & they carry that into sessions. One of the many harmful systems in psych training
