स्पॉन्सर बैंक में #bps लागू भी हो गया लेकिन उनकी #rrb में अभी तक नहीं हुआ क्या यह भेदभाव की श्रेणी में नहीं आता। जब सभी सरकारी स्कीम समय से ग्रामीण बैंक में भी लागू की जाती हैं तो #12bps को लागू करने में इतना समय क्यों लगता है।
