Great things happening in Literacy to grow these early learners! Appreciate the hard work being done by Mrs. Smith!
The first graders in Miss Smith’s class @Hamilton_LN have been working on making ✨magnificent things✨ for their classroom after learning all about tools. I can’t wait to write this class a letter for their newly installed mailbox! @Hamilton_Instr @Hamilton_EleIns

In only 7 minutes, 54 seconds, you will learn from literacy expert #AnitaArcher how to more effectively teach #vocabulary to your students!
Using an “I do, we do, you do” model in a live setting, Dr Archer explicitly teaches AND provides multiple opportunities for students to repeat, apply and review new words in context.
This approach is particularly essential for our #MLL #ELL and #FSL learners!!
