Have you signed yet? NO, why not? Where offering solutions to a problem that affects every rate payer. Yearly increases to people's council tax via precepts. There are other options.
This is not just about Care, its for EVERYONE. There are options, to authorties saying they've no money. A change of view from profit (for the few) to support for the many inc all rate payers, who are getting taxed via council tax.

‘Economically inactive’ defines people by what they are not, reducing status. So let me tell you what economically inactive folk are:
- Carers, doing most of the unpaid physical and emotional labour.
- Volunteers, giving us all a safety net.
- Taxpayers, feeding local economies.
Carers Rights Day! Sat in a carers assesment. Carers, please know your rights. You are entitled to so much more than being given - the assessment should include needs now and in the future. It must also include practical as well as emotional help. Check that your needs are met.
