1/2 Case: 57 y/0, 12 yr persistent with symptoms. Ensite X. 40W. CF 12-15 gm, 10 sec lesions, impedance drop of 12%, lesion size 6mm at 12% drop. Lesions correlated w/LSI around 5-5.5 Carina line needed for rights. First pass R/L. PW w/modified "butterfly" for isolation.
