Some families carry a question for years. Something that happened, or something they were told, that never sat right. They wonder if anyone would care after all this time. This piece is for them. Nobody else needs to click it. xitter.cf/GuerrillaCarl/status/2…

You are by no means a fool Carl. Your research and understanding of this case clearly shows the opposite. I don't thing @lizyeld meant that comment. If you have a fault it is your belief that the system will right its wrongs without encouragement from the general public, the media and/or appeal charities etc. There is clear proof that Lucy Letby is innocent. And using Goss's logic in reverse proving innocence on one charge is enough to make the rest fall. Although there is actual proof of her innocence in every case. The evidence available is enough. Add common sense and logic to known facts and it's beyond all doubt. One example is the Baby D case. Unless the NHS have found a treatment to cure murder and didn't use it, Lucy Letby could not possibly have murdered that baby. "During the course of your letter you submit that the evidence suggests that had different courses of treatment been employed, Child D’s death would probably have been avoided. That in my view overstates the existing evidence which only suggests that death might have been avoided." Mr Rheinberg (Senior Coronor) More on Baby D from Brearey at the time... "I have reviewed Child D’s care with Eirian yesterday and looked to see if there are any common threads in the deaths. I emailed an action plan to Ravi yesterday. Child D’s death appears to be due to early neonatal sepsis after PROM. She was symptomatic from 12 min of age." "I would be very surprised if Child D death is linked in any way to the previous recent deaths of Child A and Child C" And Dr Newby... “[W]e felt as a department that the most likely diagnosis was one of sepsis, ie; overwhelming infection.” Then there is Baby K. As you know that case rested on Jayaram's testimony being truthful and accurate. Enough said on that case. Lucy Letby is 100% certainly innocent.

Thank you for highlighting this vital point, Dr Caldwell. How the Courts enabled the delusional framing of the neonate (s) conditions - certainly, 100pc reconditioned the reality... which the prosecution took full advantage over. @ClarkeMicah
#Letby The babies in NNU were not Well and Stable They were Critically Ill and Deteriorating The Court was seriously misled

Free Lucy. This is why. #lucyletby
The entire story of the Lucy Letby catastrophe in a dozen tweets. 1. Beginning June 2015, Chester hospital’s Neonatal unit experienced a spike in admissions and of particularly vulnerable babies. The situation was beyond its ability to cope.

There in 12x280 character tweets, is the whole story - what really happened and how it was missed by everyone. I made a series of films for those who want to dig in a little more. youtu.be/Y2Ed565aCm8

Great article again from Carl #LucyLetby
Three murder convictions. Same alleged method. On one, the expert route to murder ran through a day she was off. On another, it started on a day she was off. On the third, the lead expert's account changed in the witness box. It's all in the transcripts.

So glad, Carl and really good to think so. I want to make the world a better and a happier place for one and all, not the reverse. I know what complete misery and rejection feels like and if others can be spared the same, so much the better. I am much happier now than I was, although still so much I would want to change, and that is a huge bonus because I lived for years without even thinking happiness was something I could ever aspire to again, and indeed that it was not generally attainable if one wanted to see the world as it really was. I feel it sometimes now and it astonishes me, because it was something I had long forgotten. I think it is so important to remember that the forces of goodness and truth are the stronger ones, and that for each and every one of us, they come home in time. No one was put on Earth to be forever unfulfilled and unhappy and it takes time for some of us to find the real way to lasting peace and a sense that we can rest easy about ourselves and believe that our dreams can all come true. It just takes longer than we would choose sometimes! And it can be a long, old road!

Sometimes we know inside ourselves what is true and there is every reason to stand by that, rather than listen to what others want us to think is true for THEIR purposes and not ours. I am sorry I called you a fool. I didn't mean it as directly as it sounded and thank you for your kind words to me. There is simply nothing to say that LL is guilty and by reason of elimination if nothing else, this makes her innocent. I would go mad within a week working for those who are currently employed at CCRC. I just could not begin to believe the attitudes of those who were employed alongside Helen Pitcher and I would be nothing but deeply ashamed to have taken money for showing the apathy and indifference to the suffering of innocent people which they showed. I found it almost beyond belief. And it has only got worse with the appointment of Vera Baird who is more interested in re opening cases where "the man got away". She, like Helen Pitcher and gang has fundamentally misunderstood the job description and that appears to suit certain others just fine. The idea of "separation of powers" is only as suits. Just a cabal of dishonesty, dirty money and indifference. I could be no part of it and they would never want someone like me who actually believes it should only be about the truth and nothing else. @UKinjustice2025 @RobertJenrick @AlexChalkChelt @DavidDavisMP @AAFAI_org @agnes1_n @moor_facts

Think you know more than the jury who sat for 10 months? Yes, you probably do, because you have the advantage of access to the trial transcripts, while UK jurors have their notes and memories. And you get to see evidence withheld from the juries. Flawed system, flawed result.

Peter Hitchens writes in the Daily Mail: "Why is BBC biased against Lucy Letby? " "On Friday it noisily promoted an interview with one of Ms Letby's accusers, Dr Stephen Brearey. In my view he has his own troubles. But repeated plugs of this interview on BBC Radio 4 contained no acknowledgement that the Letby conviction had been challenged by experts, former Cabinet ministers and a retired Supreme Court judge." #LucyLetby dailymail.com/news/article-1…

This is a good well researched article by @GuerrillaCarl and is well worth a read even though I disagree with his opinion on several issues. I know he has based the article mainly on the trial transcripts but there is also powerful information that has come to light since the trials including this from Dewi Evans... “None of the babies were killed as a direct result of the injection of air, or fluid and air deliberately injected into their stomachs.” And, of course, Jayaram's testimony on Baby K that even Thirlwall highlighted... “That Dr Jayaram had gone into the room because he was called by Letby was different from what he had said in evidence” thirlwall.public-inquiry.uk/… And much more besides. The fact two juries convicted her is irrelevant. The juries were fed flawed evidence, misinformation and blatant lies. Even when told the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth juries still get it badly wrong frequently. The justice system in this country is not fit for purpose by any stretch of the imagination so decisions by courts often do not reflect the actual truth. Carl says the prosecution case was a serious one and he'd be lying if he said otherwise. I completely disagree. The prosecution case was weak to none existent and it baffles me that all those who have researched the case properly don't say it how it is. Lucy Letby is 100% certainly innocent. Carl has obviously done more research than many so I'm bewildered why he can't bring himself to declare Lucy Letby innocent. People sitting on the fence and saying they only believe the convictions are unsafe does Lucy Letby's chances no good at all. Evidence will not free her. The truth of what happened will not free her. Public outcry is her best, and possibly only, hope. The Dr's, the police, the prosecution and the "she's guilty" lot have no hesitation in declaring she's certainly guilty. That despite 11 of the 15 convictions being by a majority. How can a majority verdict equate to certainty? The only unanimous murder conviction was that of Baby O. The baby Brearey botched a procedure on and failed to inform the coroner. Anyone who still believes Lucy Letby murdered that baby either has not done any research at all, has severe confirmation bias or is outright lying. The only other unanimous verdicts at the main trial were the ludicrous insulin cases. The retrial of Baby K was the only other unanimous verdict. The one Jayaram's evidence was key. The entire justice system is not fit for purpose. That's an absolute fact as is the absolute fact that Lucy Letby is innocent. Anyone who disagrees with me, please read my pinned thread as well as the rest of my timeline and tell me why. I can prove anyone wrong based on undeniable facts, basic common sense and pure logic. @legalmarkmc @DavidDavisMP @davidkurten #LucyLetby #LucyLetbyIsInnocent #JusticeReform
