We use them in Computing lessons to check for understanding and misconceptions. Academically, they work well. Logistically, because we lose so many down the back of the desks, they’re a pain in the bum!

Sure. Always look forward to seeing something new

Yes, always completely free. I started making it because there was a lack of resources for OCR IT. Adding Computer Science seemed a logical next step.
Hope your project’s going well

Yes, my website. Just PHP, JS, HTML, and CSS
Feeling pretty pleased with my revision page on Trace Tables #TeamCompSci

Looking good. Ours only arrived about a week ago. Looking forward to seeing what our Code Clib kids can do with it

Love @Kitronik stuff. We got Mai-Z the Mousebot recently, the students have had great fun programming it. I’m old enough to remember the turtle which probably inspired it

They’re great, but we always have to glue the bases on @Kitronik

The penguin could be a baby Tux 😂
During today’s Year 12 A-Level Computer Science lesson, several students walked-in half way through.
“We failed a test in Economics so we thought we’d enrol in this instead”
🤯
Rage Against The Machine didn’t specify which machine they were raging against. It was probably a printer. In a school. Three minutes before a lesson!
First A-Level Computer Science lesson with my new Yr 12s today. I suspect there will be fewer of them on Monday 🙄
It’s not a “subject of last resort”
Due to the heatwave and summer break, this is the first time in over two months I’ve worn a suit.
Can’t say I’m enjoying it, but at least my trousers still fit (just!)
#Backtoschool
Thoughts for today…
“Where’s my lanyard?”
“What’s my password?”
“Why has this random wall appeared?”
“What did this sludge in the staff room fridge used to be?”
Happy #BackToSchool Day
