Hey everyone. I had an accident and I'm in the hospital. I'm going to have surgery and I fractured a few bones. But everything's okay, don't worry. I'll get back to everyone as soon as I can. Thanks for understanding.

UPDATE: My channel has been reinstated! 🎉
After 379 days, YouTube finally reviewed my case with full context.
Thank you to @TeamYouTube for looking into this and restoring my channel. 🙏
A real human review was all I needed - and that's exactly what happened.
To everyone who shared and supported: Thank you. Your voices made the difference. 💙
YouTube destroyed my dreams💔
379 days permanently banned. For asking questions.
No strikes. No warnings. Years of work gone. ❌
I contacted support asking: "Why are my competitors allowed to post this type of content but I'm not?"
While asking support: BANNED⚠️
Reason: "Spam, Deceptive Practices, and Scams" 🤯
Meanwhile:
My competitors? Still thriving. Millions of views. Fully monetized. 💰
Me? Permanently nuked for asking why the rules applied differently.
Here's what led to this:
• 300+ gaming videos over years, zero traction 🎮
• Finally switched to true crime - got monetized ✅
• Almost all the videos human-reviewed and approved "safe for all advertisers".
• Did competitive analysis and tried what massive channels were doing.
• Tried it for the first time (kept video private) 🔒
• Reviewer flagged minor tweaks
• I had questions, contacted support to understand
• Support was literally helping me
• BOOM. Everything gone.
• They trashed years of legitimate work. Inhumanely.
• Mid-help-session.
• Based on 1 video, I tried for the first time ever.
• 379 days of appeals: All rejected 💔
What I want:
One human to review this. 👤
Let one human being review this situation with full context.
Show them the timeline. The support conversation. My channel history. The fact that the "violation" occurred during an official help session.
No reasonable person would look at this sequence of events and think justice was served.
YouTube talks about supporting creators.
But what they've built is a system where the safest move is to never ask questions. To operate in ignorance. To avoid their own support channels.
That's not creator support.
That's creator punishment.
And after 379 days, I'm still waiting.
