We all want to be present and supportive for friends who are having thoughts of suicide or someone who has lost a loved one to suicide. But it can be hard to talk about what we don’t understand.

If we have a positive mental attitude, then even when surrounded by hostility, we’ll not lack inner peace. But if our attitude is negative, influenced by fear, suspicion, or helplessness, even when surrounded by our best friends, in comfortable surroundings, we won’t be happy.

Honestly a huge S/O to @GroundControl93 at @HARDFEST and any festival they're at. I was sitting down relaxing while Kev was in the tent listening to music and I had at least 7 ppl from GC come up and make sure I'm okay and offering water. They're always so friendly I love them

That’s why I’m so grateful HARD and Insomniac teamed up this year, so @GroundControl93 was there at the Speedway to take care of the headliners. They’re literal angels, they’re so kind and always helpful. – at Thousand Oaks, CA
