I managed to break even on Rogue Night in the first month. It’s not a major achievement but at least it wasn’t a complete loss.
A while back I said I was starting a deathcore band. I did it. 2 songs down, and writing the third. Still working through the recording process to get some content out, but if you’re into metal follow us on instagram at @eschaterra
I'm boiling down all feedback from Rogue Night players into a huge list of fixes/changes that I'll be addressing in the next update. May take some time.
Now I understand why roughly 80% of developers who launch a game on Steam never release another game on Steam.

Set in a cursed medieval world overrun by the undead, Rogue Night blends base-building, exploration, and fast-paced combat into a relentless fight for survival. By day, you gather resources, explore dangerous dungeons, and rescue survivors. By night… you defend everything you’ve built against waves of relentless horrors.

Rogue Night just got its 10th review, and we’re sitting at positive (90%).

Let’s see what happens.
It’s safe to say that Rogue Night may have flopped. Only a 2% conversion rate is painful. The good news is that I can move to the next game quickly.
