Ahead of this week's debates on the Northern Ireland Troubles Bill I went to speak to some of our brave veterans outside Parliament.
We must ensure that those who fought to defend the peace in Northern Ireland are themselves protected from vexatious legal processes.

Pathetic, meaningless address from President Macron to the people of France tonight. The anger here is palpable. I have written what it all means in a column in tomorrow’s Daily Mail. L’agonie de la France is set to continue and Macron is now an irrelevance.

“NEVER FORGET OUR SOLDIERS WHO SACRIFICE EVERYTHING FOR OUR SAFETY.” 🇬🇧🎖️
A flag-draped coffin is carried through a historic courtyard by uniformed pallbearers, mourners standing in solemn tribute on either side. Images like this remind us that the freedoms we often take for granted come at the ultimate cost for some.
Supporting our armed forces isn’t just about remembering the fallen on one day a year — it’s about honouring their sacrifice through how we treat veterans, serving personnel, and their families every day.
Respect to all our soldiers x

Today, the Northern Ireland Troubles Bill is returning to the House of Commons.
Through this Bill, Labour is putting Dublin at the heart of efforts to investigate the Troubles, despite its deeply troubling record of failures, collusion, and unanswered questions.
Meanwhile, British veterans face the prospect of investigations for the rest of their lives.
This is a grotesque inversion of justice.
The victims deserve the truth. Our veterans deserve justice. Neither should be sacrificed for political convenience.

The SAS have arguably been the most elite unit of soldiers in the world for decades. They are currently being hammered from both ends - the regular army strength of 73,000 leaves their smallest ever recruiting pool at the same time trained troopers find themselves thrown under the bus by government and senior leadership at every opportunity. They will not be able to retain that label if this continues.

SAS servicemen, our finest, tasked with hunting down Islamic state terrorists in Syria, were arrested for murder, their family homes raided and then they were sent back to the frontline in total limbo.
@wesstreeting I implore you and the government to intervene immediately.

Politicians who send the SAS on missions of scarcely imaginable danger now have the nerve to prosecute our bravest guys.

You are spreading misinformation.
Synthetic Folic Acid is not B9 and because it’s a synthetic compound humans struggle to metabolise it.
It builds up in the body increasing cancer risks as well as reducing the bodies ability to metabolise natural folate which is needed by the body.
Your article once again shows who controls you
I recall you also stated incorrectly that the Covid gene therapies were ‘safe and effective’.

The mother of Henry Nowak’s murderer is set be to released early this December thanks to Labour.
That would be 1/3rd the way through her sentence. This is an insult to decency.
She disposed of the murder weapon. She should serve her sentence in full and then be deported.

Andrew Neil calls out the ghastly Kinnock creature for being a liar. I concur…

Stephen Kinnock’s claim that there were no boat people because we were in the European Union is a straightforward lie. Illegal immigrants flooded in by lorry, train and cars. They disappeared into towns/cities and couldn’t be properly counted. When advances in technology made these methods of transport much harder to use the illegal migrants took to boats, courtesy of the people smugglers. Since the boats are usually interdicted on arrival the counting is easier. Nothing to do with being in or out of the EU.
