Pete Alonso is absolutely UNCONSCIOUS!
His second homer of the game goes 471 FT 🤯

In his first season playing in the NL, Pete Alonso hit 53 homers.
In his first season playing in the AL, he has hit 40.
He's the only player all-time to hit 40+ homers in his first season in each league.

I have so much to say that I'm just better off saying very little, besides this:
Sean Manaea is the epitome of everything that is wrong with this team built in the *ahem* "vision" of David Stearns. Just the absolute poster child of a guy with no heart, who is cashing checks, and is now spouting off like an idiot about his opinion of the fans as if he's relevant.
He's not. He's a punk we simply tolerate because we have to as hostages of this horrible Stearns debacle.
Pete Alonso? Pete is the opposite. He's a warrior, who continues to produce in ways that few can in this game. Pete leaves it all on the field, and so do most Mets fans. But I'll just speak for myself on this point...
I'll root for Pete Alonso every single time he comes up and jump out of my shoes every time he mashes one over the wall - against the Mets or anyone else. Because what many have forgotten is that fandom isn't blind allegiance. It isn't *just* rooting for the name on the front. Not really.
It's the names on the backs and the guys inside those jerseys that bring our team to life.
And Pete Alonso may be in the wrong uniform, but to all of us, his jersey says Mets on the front forever, because he's the kind of guy we know we can go to battle with, and he cares as deeply as we do about winning and losing.
And that 9th inning home run felt like it was for all of us that feel the same way about him. A reminder that when this team let Pete walk, it meant they were fine with letting some of we fans walk as well - at least that's how it felt to me.
And anyone who tells me to embrace Stearns and his spreadsheets can piss off.
Pete Alonso forever 💥👊✌️

Just one L after another. Who ever is in charge of making these decisions need to be FIRED
Down all last night, 4pm - 1am, worked for a bit and down again. It's been about an hour now. Yesterday I was done working but today I'm supposed to be and can't. This is 3 times in 3 days now. Why isn't the backup free instead of $25/month?

Six consecutive 30-HR seasons for Pete Alonso! 💪

Pete Alonso proving all the analytics nerds WRONG
It doesn't matter who's in the lineup in front of Pete Alonzo or behind him he just drives in runs. Thats what he does. No arrogant nerd spreadsheet can quantify what Pete Alonso means to a baseball team.
Driving in runs matters

Apparently fighting for consumer rights, ownership, and physical games is now “goofy,” “desperate,” and “cringe.” Interesting.
When corporations take away choice, history doesn’t mock the people who fought back. It mocks the people who cheered, ridiculed dissent, and called surrender “progress.” Nothing is more cringe than volunteering to be a corporation’s unpaid goofball.

After an exhaustive analysis of multiple all-digital fan accounts...I have to conclude someone is hiring bots to defend the #PlayStation twitter account, and it's probably #Sony or #Rockstar!🔥
