CRIMINAL HULKS OUT IN COURT , COLUMBIANA COUNTY, OHIO. First, he BROKE HIS HANDCUFFS OFF. Then the suspect turned, THROAT-PUNCHED the sheriff’s deputy escorting him, turned around, and absolutely TRUCKED the second sheriff. Timothy Regal was there to be sentenced on charges including assault, aggravated menacing, and failure to comply. I saw this late last night, had to share it.
