I am convinced that with AI led Home concierge services, most consumer facing platforms will be reduced to mere supply side aggregators. Consumers will stop OPENING multiple apps around food delivery, cab booking, travel booking, home services etc... Interesting times ahead!!!

Corporates should learn from startups. Despite of lack of defined roles, WIP process controls, startups were ready enough to adopt 💯% WFH faster than the established and mature businesses. Kudos to the Founders.
