Whether it is Russia, Qatar, or someone else, whoever it is that is paying Tucker Carlson to sow the seeds of Nazism in the United States is getting more value than they could ever have dreamed of. Tucker has sold his body, mind, and soul with no turning back.
Did Tucker Carlson just accuse Jews of killing Jesus during his speech at Charlie Kirk’s memorial?

Claire Valdez won her district’s rich precincts and high-education ones 64 to 27. She lost low-income areas by 32 points and Black ones by 50 points. This anti-America claptrap is trust fund socialism—vanity morals of the elite that operate as a smokescreen for their privilege.
Freedom is only possible when we have the conditions for the good life — healthcare, housing, education, and dignity on the job. But the system is rigged and our planet poisoned by billionaires, bosses, and war profiteers. This 4th of July we recommit ourselves to remaking it. To fight for liberation from Palestine to Puerto Rico, for a Green New Deal, for the world we deserve.

Why won’t fellow Democrats condemn these abhorrent views from DSA? How is embracing Hamas a “big tent” issue for Democrats?

We have no hereditary memory of fascism. In Britain you go to the Churchill War Rooms or bombed out areas of London. In France you go to Normandy and in Poland you go to Auschwitz. The scourge of Nazism is in the veins of those countries. It lives in their schools, their field trips, their national consciousness. We had a Nazi movement here too, America First in the late 1930s. Charles Lindbergh led it, there was even a Nazi rally at Madison Square Garden. Franklin Roosevelt banded together with people who had strength and courage and put that movement down. We don’t have that now. We have jellyfish. Republican politicians put their personal power, their personal needs, their self-aggrandizement ahead of the American public. The Constitution is still there and the institutions are still there. But the people who are supposed to use them are hiding under their desks.

if you’re a member of Congress who condemned the January 6 insurrection, you don’t get to excuse riots in France as a “cry for help.” Political violence doesn’t become acceptable just because you sympathize with the people committing it.

Bad misstep from @RoKhanna, who waits until his second post in the thread to condemn violence & vandalism. Lots of evidence that the unrest is led by the extreme left, not young people concerned about their future
From the high schools of France to the streets of Madrid to the universities of Tirana, young people are telling their governments the same thing: in an age of massive wealth inequality, they want a future they can believe in. In France, students and teachers are asking for safe schools, enough teachers and smaller classes. In Spain, for affordable rent and housing. In Albania, for good jobs and an end to corruption. @JDVance says this is what happens when a nation lets in too many immigrants from the global south. He is not just morally wrong, but misreading the moment. The is what happens when nations let wealth and power accumulate in the hands of a few. This is what happens when young people lose hope in their future. In America, let us listen to our young. We need an economic and political transformation. America's Next New Deal.

Trump: "Russia, frankly, has been fine on Ukraine. They haven't been doing much."

A Russian Shahed struck a park near a café in the Kharkiv region. Six people were killed, including one-year-old in her stroller and an 11-year-old girl. Fourteen were wounded, six of them children. "Lives must be protected. Ukraine needs air defense." @ZelenskyyUa
A horrific Russian strike in the Kharkiv region. A “shahed” struck people directly – in a park near an ordinary café. Pure atrocity. Six people were killed, including children. A little girl was killed in a stroller – her name was Angelina, she was just over a year old, born in August 2025… Her mother’s name was Inna. She died in the hospital… Another girl who was killed was 11 years old. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Another 14 people were injured, including six more children. I am grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine under these circumstances and helps us shoot down “shaheds,” shoot down missiles, and stop Russian assaults. These are horrific photos, but behind them are shattered lives and the truth about this war. Lives must be protected. Ukraine needs air defense. You can't think about making money with Russia as long as it continues its asinine war. We ask that sanctions on Russia stay in place as long as the killings continue. We ask America to be strong, and we ask it to apply the Lindsey Graham law. We ask Europe to continue its support. We ask that everything possible be done to bring peace and guarantee security. Ukraine wants peace. It is Russia that has insisted on continuing the killing all this time. The world has enough strength to stop the war. That strength must finally be used – against the murderers.

With great sadness, we received information about the passing of an Auschwitz Survivor Hermann Höllenreiner, who died three days before his 93rd birthday. Hermann Höllenreiner was a German Sinto. He was born in Hagen on 19 October 1933, and he grew up in Munich. In March 1943, aged nine, he was deported with his family to the German Nazi camp Auschwitz, where he was registered under prisoner number Z-3526 and imprisoned in the section designated by the SS for Sinti and Roma families. Höllenreiner endured hunger, forced labour and daily terror. He later recalled being made to carry jars containing the organs of murdered children for SS physician Josef Mengele, while members of his family were subjected to medical abuse. He was transferred out of Auschwitz before the murder of the remaining prisoners in the Sinti and Roma family camp in August 1944. He subsequently endured imprisonment in Ravensbrück and Sachsenhausen before escaping from a death march near the end of the war. Exhausted and severely traumatised, he was taken to France by liberated French prisoners and eventually placed with a foster family in Paris. His separation from his family continued long after the war ended: only in December 1946 was he reunited in Munich with his parents and sister, who had also survived. In later life, Höllenreiner shared his experiences through talks, interviews and commemorative events, bearing witness to Nazi persecution and speaking out against the continuing discrimination faced by Sinti and Roma. His life inspired Anja Tuckermann’s documentary novel "Mano: The Boy Who Didn’t Know Where He Was." In 2013, he received Germany’s Federal Cross of Merit for his work as a witness and educator.
