Introducing Interphase The Privacy Layer for All Money Interphase is the flagship app on the COTI protocol, and the first step in bringing private programmable money to everyday users. Its dedicated page is now live, setting out how it works and the roadmap ahead. > coti.io/interphase Interphase serves as the privacy layer for moving money between blockchains. It executes confidential, unlinked transfers across 30+ major networks. 1. The Problem On public blockchains, every transfer is traceable. Each bridge, swap and cross-chain payment leaves a public record of who sent what to whom, which allows anyone to follow the money from one wallet to the next. Interphase is built to break that link. 2. Built for Everyday Use Interphase is designed to make a private transfer as easy as a public one. Users keep full control of their funds throughout, and every transfer arrives clean, with no shared history. 3. The Roadmap Interphase is being developed in three phases. > coti.io/roadmap 1. Private Cross-Chain Payments (Q4 2026 to Q1 2027): private transfers on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and TRON, settled in under 60 seconds. 2. Business and Ecosystem Expansion (Q2 to Q3 2027): expansion to Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Sui and Aptos, with private travel booking and confidential payroll. 3. Scale and Global Commerce (Q4 2027 to Q1 2028): the Interphase SDK and a one-click merchant checkout, bringing private transfers to any Web3 website or app. 4. Closing Points Interphase is creating a private settlement layer for the multi-chain economy. It is the next joint frontier in the privacy and cross-chain markets, and an embodiment of private transfers tied with the reach of every major blockchain. It starts with Interphase. The full details are live now. coti.io/interphase

COTI Powers Privacy on Every Chain Avalanche was the first network to bring Coti's Privacy-on-Demand to production. Since September 16, applications on Avalanche have been computing on confidential data, and users have been shielding AVAX and USDC through the Privacy Portal. Expansion to further networks is a core part of our roadmap. > coti.io 1. The Privacy Requirement Institutions are bringing real assets on-chain. On a public chain, every position and payment is visible to anyone, competitors included. Confidentiality is necessary before that capital can scale. Until now, privacy meant leaving for a separate chain, and taking their capital with them. Privacy-on-Demand allows institutions to stay on yours. 2. Understanding COTI Privacy-on-Demand Privacy-on-Demand is creating a privacy layer for every chain. Shield, trade, and settle to pay, bid, and vote privately, without leaving the network. It is the next joint frontier in the privacy and institutional finance markets, and an embodiment of the confidentiality of finance tied with the liquidity of the chains people already use.

Introducing the COTI Memorandum The Case for Private Programmable Money Today, COTI publishes its memorandum, setting out the thesis behind COTI 2.0, and the plan to make private programmable money the global standard. > coti.io/memorandum 1. The Thesis COTI is the protocol for private programmable money. Privacy has been the defining sector of this cycle. It was the best performing sector of 2025 and has led the market through 2026. The greatest performing assets of the past year fit into this sector. Private programmable money is at the cross-section of public blockchains and private finance; it’s a culmination of the openness of the blockchain with the confidentiality money has always needed. 2. Understanding Private Programmable Money Private programmable money is a market economy in which participants hold, send and build with money on public blockchains, without exposing their balances or payments. Stablecoins are the clearest example of the opportunity. They brought the world’s most used currency on-chain, for anyone to hold and send. But almost every one of those dollars sits on a public ledger. Private programmable money is the defining point in bringing that market to the people, in a frame where their money stays theirs to see. 3. A Protocol for Private Money There have been a number of privacy products already, namely Zcash and Monero. Both have been built on their native chains. This thwarts what privacy can be used for, boosts the cost of building with it, and divides the privacy market across a dotted range of separate coins. COTI is addressing the privacy market’s biggest bottleneck and expense driver. Its Privacy-on-Demand SDK is usable by third parties to build privacy into apps on the chains they already run on, starting with Avalanche, with major blockchains to follow. 4. Taking the Lead with Interphase The flagship app on the COTI protocol is Interphase, and it’s designed to achieve a number of goals: (1) be a dominant privacy app from the get-go, (2) onramp a mass of retail users to private, compliant transfers across 30+ chains, and (3) build a massive network of wallets, DEXs, bridges, payment apps and marketplaces as integration partners. 5. Closing Points COTI is creating a private financial network for the stablecoin economy. It is the next joint frontier in the privacy and stablecoin market, and an embodiment of the confidentiality of banking tied with the openness of the blockchain. The full memorandum is live now. coti.io/memorandum

Replying to @CotiNewsHQ
@CotiNewsHQ was almost shelved. Now, I’m thinking of bringing it back. Bigger than ever. We started building CotiNews in 2025. Months of development, over a year of operations, and a LOT of work went into it. The results? 📊 26,000+ users 📊 51,800+ article views 📊 Thousands of organic readers every month Unfortunately, funding dried up and we had to pause operations. The team stopped publishing articles. Interns laid off. But here’s the interesting part. Even without new content, CotiNews continues to attract thousands of readers every month. And more than 50% of our traffic comes from articles unrelated to ethereum:0xddb3422497e61e13543bea06989c0789117555c5 That’s the organic presence we managed to build. I personally oversaw our SEO strategy, keyword research, backlink building, content optimisation, and organic growth efforts. We weren’t just publishing articles. We were building a digital asset that could continue attracting readers long after we stopped publishing. Our next phase was supposed to focus on building a dedicated community, strengthening our social media presence, and expanding our reach. We never got there. But that dream isn’t dead. I’m now seriously considering taking over CotiNews, stepping in as its Founder & CEO and bringing the platform back to life. And potentially, rebranding it altogether. CotiNews started as an ecosystem-focused publication, but the audience we’ve built has demonstrated that there’s demand for something much broader. I am envisioning an independent media platform covering the wider Web3 industry, blockchain, DeFi, emerging technologies, and potentially even the intersection of AI and crypto. A new identity. A wider audience. A much bigger vision. There’s just one catch: I can’t build this alone. I am looking for potential co-founders, strategic partners, contributors, and people who can bring expertise, resources, or capital to help turn this into something substantial. We’ve already demonstrated that we can build an audience organically. Now, I want to see how far we can take it. If this sounds interesting, drop me a DM. Let’s build something worth reading. 🚀

Introducing COTI 2.0 Private Programmable Money COTI shifts into its next phase, with a new website to match. > coti.io Same foundation. Bolder vision. 1. The Vision The world's money will soon move the way information does, on open networks. But those networks are public, and nobody wants to run their finances in public. COTI is now critically tasked with changing that. Its mission is to make private programmable money the global standard, so institutions, businesses, developers and individuals can hold, move and settle value on public blockchains, confidentially. COTI exists to champion this cause. 2. The Foundation Since 2017, COTI has built the privacy technology this next phase runs on. It was the first network to run garbled circuits in production, computing directly on encrypted data so inputs stay encrypted from submission to settlement. Its institutional-grade technology has been developed across leading institutions: 1. European Central Bank 2. Bank of Israel 3. Input Output Global (IOG) 3. Privacy-on-Demand Privacy-on-Demand serves as COTI's privacy layer for other blockchains. It allows applications to keep their users and assets on their existing chain, while COTI handles the private computation. Avalanche was the first network to bring it to production. Since September 17, applications on Avalanche have been computing on confidential data, and users have been shielding AVAX and USDC through the Privacy Portal. Expansion to further networks is a core part of the roadmap. 4. New Products At the centre of COTI 2.0 are two new products, designed to keep transactions private when moving money between blockchains, and when spending it in day to day life. 1. Interphase - The flagship. It serves as the global privacy layer for moving assets between blockchains, and executing confidential, unlinked transfers across 30+ major networks. 2. COTI Global - A new central application, which allows COTI to be spent as a privacy payment rail for everything in day to day life. 5. What's Next The new website and public roadmap are the first of several major upgrades coming this month.

🔍 $COTI PoD — GitHub investigation just got VERY interesting. Following COTI Foundation’s reveal that PoD is LIVE on Avalanche and “Coming Soon” to Base, Cardano, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana, NEAR and Aptos, I went back through the public PoD repositories. Here’s what I found: 🔹 ETHEREUM WAS ALREADY BEING PREPARED An earlier "deployConfig.mainnet.yaml" explicitly described: “PoD deploy config — MAINNET (Ethereum, Avalanche C-Chain, COTI mainnet)” Ethereum "chainId: 1" already had deployment structure prepared for: • Inbox • FeeManager • PrivacyPortalFactory • PriceOracle • MpcAdder • pUSDC • pWETH The contract addresses were still empty, meaning this looked like preparation rather than a completed deployment. But the important part: Ethereum appeared in the development stack BEFORE today’s public “Coming Soon” reveal. 🔹 THERE’S ALSO AN UNMERGED MAINNET PR PR #19 contains additional Avalanche Privacy Portal assets with actual contract addresses: • pUSDT • pWBTC • pWETH alongside the existing pUSDC + pWAVAX infrastructure. This explains why these assets appeared during our previous research but disappeared when checking only the canonical "main" branch. 🔹 “FASTER & LIGHTER” PoD? The PoD Inbox repo also contains multiple development branches focused on: • reducing/controlling Inbox bytecode size • gas & fee optimization • callback execution • request processing • execution gas limits • ingest protections • relayer/execution improvements One audit/remediation flow even explicitly checks that Inbox bytecode remains ≤24,576 bytes. That becomes particularly interesting after a COTI team member stated: “We are already upgrading PoD, it will be faster and lighter.” This does NOT prove these branches are the new PoD upgrade — but the technical direction clearly aligns. 🔹 THE BIGGEST MYSTERY I found no equivalent public implementation yet for: Base Cardano BNB Chain Solana NEAR Aptos Yet COTI Foundation has now officially shown all six as “Coming Soon.” That suggests the public GitHub may currently be behind the actual development pipeline. Ethereum gives us an important precedent: The technical groundwork appeared BEFORE the public announcement. Now we watch for the first code/deployment traces of the other chains. Something much bigger than a simple Avalanche integration appears to be taking shape around PoD. 👀 $COTI #COTI #Privacy #PoD

Bitcoin made money digital. Zcash made money private. COTI makes all money private and programmable. Public chains are a glass box. Every balance, every transfer, every counterparty is visible to anyone who looks. That works for speculation. It does not work for money. COTI invented the first private chain with smart contracts. Build, trade, and transact privately. Privacy-on-demand tooling for every major chain, powered by and ran on COTI. Already live on Avalanche. More coming. ╰┈➤ COTI Privacy-on-Demand All your transactions executed privately on demand. Keep accounts and assets on the chain you already use. ╰┈➤ COTI Interphase The privacy layer for multi-chain settlement. Confidential, traceless transfers across 30+ major blockchains. Nothing linking sender to receiver, while still compliant. Powered by COTI garbled circuits, the fastest privacy technology in crypto. ╰┈➤ COTI Global Spend crypto in the real world, privately. COTI Global puts your daily spending, travel, and browsing in one app. One private balance. Only you can see it. Institutional-grade technology, developed across the European Central Bank, the Bank of Israel, Avalanche, Input Output, and the Cardano Foundation. Built since 2017 toward one idea. Private money, as the standard that powers all of crypto.

xitter.cf/cotidevelopment?s=11 Great move by the team: @COTInetwork now has a dedicated technical account, @cotidevelopment 👨‍💻 Development updates, builders on COTI, tech-focused posts. All in one place. This is exactly what the community needs right now: visibility on the work being done, directly from the source. Transparency builds trust, and trust builds ecosystems. If you care about privacy on-chain, follow it, share it, and support the builders. 🔐

Dear COTI community A lot of people have been DMing me asking what it means for Soda Labs. The @COTInetwork is entering a new chapter. A new team is stepping in around $COTI. We don’t yet have full visibility into the essence of the deal, and we’re following it as well. What we *do* know is this: We welcome them. We worked closely with the old team and look forward to support the new team in accomplishing a successful transition. Our mission at @sodabubblelabs didn’t change. Years of research went into making garbled circuits practical onchain. The breakthrough that turned a decades-old cryptographic idea into real privacy infrastructure. That work lives at Soda Labs. We built it from scratch and we continue to advance it. And we remain fully committed to pushing garbled-circuit innovation forward. We won’t rest until compliant privacy can exist on every asset, on every chain. Noise fades. Tech compounds. We’re here for the long game. Let’s build.

Wallet trail says this could be $COTI reclaiming MM tokens 👀👀
29% of the circulating supply just moved, and the price hasn't noticed yet. COTI At 12:42 UTC a wallet sent 877.6M ethereum:0xddb3422497e61e13543bea06989c0789117555c5 (about $11.7M) to a brand new address, after a 1,000 COTI test transfer. Within the hour, the new wallet passed all of it on to another wallet in 12 equal pieces. That last wallet now holds the whole 877.6M. No exchange has been touched, and none of the wallets carry a label. For scale: that's roughly three quarters of a full day of COTI trading volume. Price is flat on the day. Supply this size moving through fresh wallets is worth watching. If it reaches an exchange, I'll post it.

The Confidential Brief I could have written a 200-page novel about the events of this past week. I’m obviously not going to do that, but instead focus most of my attention on the power of the $COTI community. When the new team came in there was a clear and confirmed offer: Keep mods, ambassadors and a few other Key people until the end of October/November. To assist in making the transition smooth. No extra cost. Offer was rejected. Instead the new team, who had clearly not made the advance effort to understand our community, decided to bring in their own. And not only that. In a jaw dropping display of contempt and arrogance, proceeded to “shame” one of our most loyal members with some fake salary numbers. The guy, predictably, got crucified. The new community-facing crew promptly introduced North-Korean conditions in the main TG chat because they were getting overwhelmed by questions and complaints that they didn’t have an answer to. Those controls are still in place, mind you. Why was that? A team largely undoxxed - The old COTI team was fully transparent - all moderators, ambassadors, CEO, CTO, CMO, etc were fully doxxed and visible to anyone wishing to see who’s behind the project. New team won’t even go on camera and have a proper engagement with the community. We have their first names, but don’t know who they are - no social footprint whatsoever. The team behind the team - no clue either. Sure, some details will never be known but there could have been an effort to be a bit more informative. We’re gonna find out anyway!!! Roadmap - rather than focus on what was right in front of them, namely PoD live on Avalanche, relatively straightforward to copy to other chains, ChainLink of privacy. An absolute slam dunk - plenty of positive sentiment to be leveraged, and a real chance to generate meaningful revenue. What we get instead is “yeah of course we will do that, but what we really want to do is consumer-facing app, travel, VPN, etc”. This could all be very good - I don’t know enough about it to claim otherwise - but given the massive excitement that PoD had generated online and in the community, this should have been the headline. Everything else to come later. It’s called low-hanging fruits and is what every new CEO looks for initially. Transparency - to this day we still don’t have full visibility on who controls main wallets and what the security is like. What we do now know is that somewhere between 500-800 million $COTI was sent to a consortium partner/market maker. We don’t (yet) know who this is, but rather that the commitment to provide liquidity was “misrepresented” and instead resulting in a sustained sell-off, much to the detriment of everyone involved (see chart below). Ecosystem care - it’s been less than 10 days and already we are facing issues with liquidity on @CarbonDeFixyz . Maybe, instead of making the transfer of more than half a billion COTI to a dodgy MM the top priority, make sure the COTI ecosystem is looked after first. These are basically the most asked questions by our community - and questions that the team has not adequately covered - not in the chat group and not in yesterday’s Q&A. And make no mistake about this - the community will not back down. We saw this most recently on the “58%” issue. @shahafbg had initially given (on camera) a less than satisfactory answer, but with significant pressure from the community and some internal discussions between community leaders and core team, a better approach was agreed to. Perfect? No. Better that what we had? Yes. Ignoring the community and instead going with “trust me, fam” has been an unmitigated disaster, but it could have been so much different. Reach out to the 10-15 most influential community members, have a call and broadly lay out plans and understand where the pain points are, and what is needed to get the community onboard. I will always support @COTInetwork , and for sure old COTI wasn’t always a dance on roses, but I’m having a really hard time reconciling with what’s been going on since this takeover. What’s the point of having a community, if you don’t make an attempt to understand and make good use of it? Now, instead of a buy-in, you have a community full of distrust and opposition. How much time will be spent rebuilding that? I haven’t sold out, nor will I at this stage. I’m just too curious, and will always believe in second-chances. @RobbieVdg will get this right. For those who did sell out - I totally understand you. This has shaken the project at its foundations. Onwards and Upwards Soeren
