🚨 $COTI ON-CHAIN INVESTIGATION — WHAT WE FOUND ON ARKHAM
After digging through the wallet structure for hours, the picture is becoming much clearer.
The wallet holding ~1.29 BILLION COTI:
0x1A184244dE9D3e726a3aa3D02b585E6ff8E2F9CE
has barely moved its COTI balance.
This does NOT look like the wallet doing the selling.
It appears to be the main reserve/custody wallet under the new ownership/holding structure.
The other side of the structure is completely different.
A massive amount of COTI — roughly ~0.98B — was routed into what strongly resembles professional market-maker / liquidity execution infrastructure.
We still have NOT proven which market-making company controls it.
But we mapped several of the execution routes.
Main distribution wallet:
0xcf26c9c96aa6267d85e67df5cb85acf4b7e3357f
↓ distributed huge COTI allocations to several operational wallets.
One of the biggest:
0x062E20B531b8E8Ce0a17FC1130E27d62D3aeddCe
received close to ~1B COTI and has been moving tens of millions through fresh wallets.
Another extremely important wallet:
0xab5B62cf058a8fE9A33Dc73EdB5A38CB53695623
This wallet existed LONG BEFORE the COTI restructuring and already had significant ETH/USDT activity across Binance, Gate, OKX, Bitget and other exchanges.
It then received a major COTI allocation and began routing it through execution wallets.
One confirmed route:
0xab5B62...
↓
0x4d2A4B7C76FF71E4dD641135123dabDe71f7F10b
↓
0x655B7EA956d26EeBcc6EC22eE9af9F0f871CD753
↓
BINANCE
The numbers match almost perfectly:
~8.9M COTI entered 0x4d2A...
then:
~4.0M COTI → Binance Deposit
~4.9M COTI → Binance Deposit
Almost the entire allocation was routed to Binance.
The Binance deposit address is:
0x655B7EA956d26EeBcc6EC22eE9af9F0f871CD753
Another major router:
0x9F99CFce8e76537686A5EF37012fF8D25bfd7813
received COTI from several upstream wallets and split it across multiple execution addresses:
0x137F82e7A1fe88365D00ab2A571df4D6c7030B0d
0xe390e4448082DfEed97eaC850b5332B0c490b635
Those branches eventually routed millions of COTI into Bithumb deposit infrastructure.
One Bithumb execution router we identified:
0x65cC9D19100b97902Ab8dC2aD15dda3E99c016bd
Another:
0x87a301Bd4a8f9f91EbbFE4152437E491B29dF8C
Both sent repeated multi-million COTI batches into Bithumb deposit wallets.
We then followed the flow even further:
COTI execution wallet
→ Bithumb Deposit
→ Bithumb Hot Wallet
→ Binance Deposit
One particularly interesting Binance deposit endpoint is:
0x3D0B08237899d48d0555beDC4728f09D595288f6
Arkham shows this wallet interacting hundreds of times across Binance/Bithumb infrastructure, with additional activity involving Upbit, OKX and Gate.
That looks much more like professional cross-exchange execution/arbitrage infrastructure than a random retail wallet.
Important:
We have proven that substantial COTI inventory was systematically split through fresh/execution wallets and deposited onto Binance and Bithumb.
We have NOT yet proven which market maker controls these exchange accounts.
That is the missing piece.
So here are the addresses.
Arkham/Nansen researchers — start digging.
If anyone can connect one of these execution/deposit clusters directly to a known market-maker entity, DM me.
The blockchain trail is there.

Introducing the COTI Memorandum
The Case for Private Programmable Money
Today, COTI publishes its memorandum, setting out the thesis behind COTI 2.0, and the plan to make private programmable money the global standard.
> coti.io/memorandum
1. The Thesis
COTI is the protocol for private programmable money.
Privacy has been the defining sector of this cycle. It was the best performing sector of 2025 and has led the market through 2026.
The greatest performing assets of the past year fit into this sector.
Private programmable money is at the cross-section of public blockchains and private finance; it’s a culmination of the openness of the blockchain with the confidentiality money has always needed.
2. Understanding Private Programmable Money
Private programmable money is a market economy in which participants hold, send and build with money on public blockchains, without exposing their balances or payments.
Stablecoins are the clearest example of the opportunity. They brought the world’s most used currency on-chain, for anyone to hold and send. But almost every one of those dollars sits on a public ledger.
Private programmable money is the defining point in bringing that market to the people, in a frame where their money stays theirs to see.
3. A Protocol for Private Money
There have been a number of privacy products already, namely Zcash and Monero. Both have been built on their native chains. This thwarts what privacy can be used for, boosts the cost of building with it, and divides the privacy market across a dotted range of separate coins.
COTI is addressing the privacy market’s biggest bottleneck and expense driver. Its Privacy-on-Demand SDK is usable by third parties to build privacy into apps on the chains they already run on, starting with Avalanche, with major blockchains to follow.
4. Taking the Lead with Interphase
The flagship app on the COTI protocol is Interphase, and it’s designed to achieve a number of goals: (1) be a dominant privacy app from the get-go, (2) onramp a mass of retail users to private, compliant transfers across 30+ chains, and (3) build a massive network of wallets, DEXs, bridges, payment apps and marketplaces as integration partners.
5. Closing Points
COTI is creating a private financial network for the stablecoin economy. It is the next joint frontier in the privacy and stablecoin market, and an embodiment of the confidentiality of banking tied with the openness of the blockchain.
The full memorandum is live now.

A friend of mine, said to me few days ago, brother do you know what are fractals? Hm, tbh i didnt know but i've been using them without even knowing they exist 😂
Thats how i've seen an interesting fractal on $COTI 🚨0.22$🚨
Also its really important to turn on MACD.🫡
🔍 $COTI PoD — GitHub investigation just got VERY interesting.
Following COTI Foundation’s reveal that PoD is LIVE on Avalanche and “Coming Soon” to Base, Cardano, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana, NEAR and Aptos, I went back through the public PoD repositories.
Here’s what I found:
🔹 ETHEREUM WAS ALREADY BEING PREPARED
An earlier "deployConfig.mainnet.yaml" explicitly described:
“PoD deploy config — MAINNET (Ethereum, Avalanche C-Chain, COTI mainnet)”
Ethereum "chainId: 1" already had deployment structure prepared for:
• Inbox
• FeeManager
• PrivacyPortalFactory
• PriceOracle
• MpcAdder
• pUSDC
• pWETH
The contract addresses were still empty, meaning this looked like preparation rather than a completed deployment.
But the important part:
Ethereum appeared in the development stack BEFORE today’s public “Coming Soon” reveal.
🔹 THERE’S ALSO AN UNMERGED MAINNET PR
PR #19 contains additional Avalanche Privacy Portal assets with actual contract addresses:
• pUSDT
• pWBTC
• pWETH
alongside the existing pUSDC + pWAVAX infrastructure.
This explains why these assets appeared during our previous research but disappeared when checking only the canonical "main" branch.
🔹 “FASTER & LIGHTER” PoD?
The PoD Inbox repo also contains multiple development branches focused on:
• reducing/controlling Inbox bytecode size
• gas & fee optimization
• callback execution
• request processing
• execution gas limits
• ingest protections
• relayer/execution improvements
One audit/remediation flow even explicitly checks that Inbox bytecode remains ≤24,576 bytes.
That becomes particularly interesting after a COTI team member stated:
“We are already upgrading PoD, it will be faster and lighter.”
This does NOT prove these branches are the new PoD upgrade — but the technical direction clearly aligns.
🔹 THE BIGGEST MYSTERY
I found no equivalent public implementation yet for:
Base
Cardano
BNB Chain
Solana
NEAR
Aptos
Yet COTI Foundation has now officially shown all six as “Coming Soon.”
That suggests the public GitHub may currently be behind the actual development pipeline.
Ethereum gives us an important precedent:
The technical groundwork appeared BEFORE the public announcement.
Now we watch for the first code/deployment traces of the other chains.
Something much bigger than a simple Avalanche integration appears to be taking shape around PoD. 👀
$COTI #COTI #Privacy #PoD
$COTI is entering a very interesting phase. 👀
Our research is starting to connect some interesting dots:
🔹 The team says PoD is already being upgraded to become faster & lighter
🔹 New consumer products are being built — potentially targeting even non-crypto users
🔹 COTI Travel closely matches CoinBooking’s infrastructure and native-token cashback model
🔹 Q4 is focused on product delivery, token utility & privacy integrations
🔹 And now the biggest piece: the team acquired the market maker’s entire COTI position
That means the MM that had been selling is no longer sitting on that position.
A major source of selling pressure has potentially been removed just as the new team is preparing its next announcements.
No confirmed partnership names yet — and that's important.
But the setup is becoming increasingly interesting:
Less structural sell pressure.
More token utility.
Faster & lighter PoD.
New products.
Partnership announcements still ahead.
Now we wait for the COTI Foundation to reveal what they've been building.
The next announcements could tell us a lot about the direction of the new $COTI .
🔎 Research continues.

Dear COTI community
A lot of people have been DMing me asking what it means for Soda Labs.
The @COTInetwork is entering a new chapter. A new team is stepping in around $COTI. We don’t yet have full visibility into the essence of the deal, and we’re following it as well.
What we *do* know is this:
We welcome them.
We worked closely with the old team and look forward to support the new team in accomplishing a successful transition.
Our mission at @sodabubblelabs didn’t change.
Years of research went into making garbled circuits practical onchain.
The breakthrough that turned a decades-old cryptographic idea into real privacy infrastructure.
That work lives at Soda Labs.
We built it from scratch and we continue to advance it. And we remain fully committed to pushing garbled-circuit innovation forward.
We won’t rest until compliant privacy can exist on every asset, on every chain.
Noise fades. Tech compounds.
We’re here for the long game.
Let’s build.
To be clear, new team has nothing to do with it, @RobbieVdg has said the thruth in his address to the $COTI community. We need to track them down and expose the market maker villain.

It’s been a long week, and for some of us we’ve experienced something unthinkable. Whether you’re here since IEO, Trustchain DAG or recently with V2, the past few days have been incredibly difficult.
And one thing is for sure, the vibe is VERY different now and in some ways will never be the same…Better, Worse or otherwise one thing is certain. We are on a new path.
I think there’s misunderstandings across all of the various groups right now and it very much feels like there’s two sides misinterpreting the other.
Arguably that blame can be placed equally.
The most obvious and likely best path forward for EVERYONE is to stop this nonsense and exercise patience from both vantage points.
The greater & OG community letting the new team settle in…and the new team staying on the offensive and trying not to misinterpret passion for criticism.
Further to that I have noticed that there seems to be misdirected hostility placed by simply judging things on a surface level.
A community members presence in certain groups or communities doesn’t mean they’re aligned with the general consensus of that group. Just like we have haters who lurk in @COTInetwork’s official channels.
As long standing community leaders many of us have faced this FUD, hate and slander for years in an effort to equalize sentiment and fact.
$COTI has a unique community and the nuances are extremely complex. But even at the center of the most vigilant detractors there is a community member who for some almost unexplainable reason just “can’t walk away”.
We need to keep in mind that it’s barely been a week and even though in crypto a few days can feel like a decade, nobody yet knows where we are headed.
Now more than ever DYOR means YOU need to do your own research all over again and often. This goes for Buyers, Sellers, Traders and Holders. Each of you has a right to any of those options, just make sure the choice is yours…

Tomorrow!
X Spaces with new CEO, Robbie Vander Ghinste, and new CMO, Sara Bouchet
Following community questions, Robbie and Sara will host an X Space tomorrow at 10:00 UTC, covering every point the community has raised.
Preliminary Clarifications
1. COTI Foundation
COTI Foundation continues as is. Robbie is setting a new mission for the project, with a bigger emphasis on commercial development.
Sara joins as CMO, with a background in building consumer apps. She will lead the launch of the COTI app and its products.
2. Wider Roadmap
There is no structural change to the project, beyond the change of management. This is necessary to shape the vision beyond a purely technical focus.
Robbie brings a network, and experience, focused on business applications of the technology. Implementation of $COTI is at the heart of this.
3. Timeline
At the centre of Robbie's focus is a new central application, which allows COTI to be spent as a privacy payment rail for everything in day to day life.
The public roadmap, detailing each milestone the new app will bring, will be published tomorrow.
Confidence is earned. Robbie is committed to years of work on the implementation of $COTI as a private, spendable currency, and to letting that work speak for itself.
4. Community Feedback
The Google form below is for the community to submit their key questions to Robbie and Sara, so they can be addressed in the AMA.
> docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F…
We intend to make this recurring, so that concerns are addressed regularly as COTI becomes a commercial implementation of privacy.
$COTI community really? You were against former coti ownership, now you are crying for them and already fudding the new foundation that didnt even started working...
We have a really good PoD token here and you're destroying its future, that's why this is happening, 0 trust in the process...
To the new team leading $COTI forward, IYKYK do what it needs to be done, and show to the holders how serious you are, $AVAX would never partner with a scam company, think about it before you say anything stupid.
🚨 $COTI GITHUB DEEP DIVE — THE PoD ROLLOUT IS MUCH BIGGER THAN JUST AVAX + USDC.
I went through COTI’s official GitHub commit history and found a clear production rollout sequence:
📅 Sep 15
COTI publishes mainnet private token + privacy bridge addresses.
📅 Sep 15
"deployConfig.mainnet.yaml" becomes the source of truth for LIVE Avalanche PoD infrastructure, including:
• PoD Inbox
• FeeManager
• PrivacyPortalFactory
• PriceOracle
• Production portals
📅 Sep 16
COTI adds Avalanche C-Chain Privacy Portal pairs for:
🔺 AVAX
💵 USDC
💵 USDT
₿ WBTC
Ξ WETH
Wallet Plugin v0.4.6 explicitly says:
“Ship Avalanche C-Chain USDT, WBTC, and WETH Privacy Portal pairs so those catalogs resolve on mainnet.”
📅 Sep 17
More production work follows:
• dynamic Portal fee protection against AVAX/ETH price changes
• withdrawal/tracker improvements
• direct PoD Explorer links for pending requests
This is important:
COTI PoD on Avalanche wasn't just a demo or announcement.
There is a real production deployment, real mainnet contracts, multiple supported assets and wallet-level infrastructure built around it.
And we independently found WBTC actually interacting with the Privacy Portal on-chain before confirming it through GitHub.
One correction to my previous research:
There are NO confirmed new public commits after the Sep 21 management handover yet. GitHub showed “Updated Sep 22,” but the latest actual public commits are from Sep 17.
So I’m watching the next commit closely.
Especially for:
Ethereum Mainnet • Base • Arbitrum • Optimism • USDe / sUSDe
Facts > FUD.
$COTI #COTI #Avalanche #Privacy
$BTC tap into 86700$ zone for a completion of elliot wave 5, which is good at this point we have 5 waves up from the lows, i expect an abc correction in wave 2 into golden pocket at 67-68k$ monthly ifvg retest and a new ath after that.
Get ready 🦬
$COTI 1D fvg, we need 1h fvg inversion, and 1h mss for a structure shift confirmation, more upside incoming with positive partnership news in the coming days
🚨 COTI × AVALANCHE — IT’S BIGGER THAN THE INITIAL LAUNCH.
COTI’s official production registry now reveals the real scope of Privacy-on-Demand on Avalanche Mainnet.
The launch focused on private AVAX + USDC.
But the production infrastructure now includes:
🔺 AVAX → p.AVAX
💵 USDC → p.USDC
💵 USDT → p.USDT
₿ WBTC → p.WBTC
Ξ WETH → p.WETH
And these aren’t testnet addresses.
They’re registered for Avalanche C-Chain MAINNET — Chain ID 43114.
New production pairs:
🔐 USDT PrivacyPortal
"0x9BBf65fE20B871568cE1d34D278460F0c96F624c"
Private p.USDT
"0xa492A5c5D3bC11f24138A029E0b6083fC4eaab3"
🔐 WETH PrivacyPortal
"0x9C64D0d2DAe8C4aEa5662d4D154f59FDd683ceFC"
Private p.WETH
"0x2720dFE9766d00CEDE64946A65bFA99F68991E72"
And we already traced the WBTC PrivacyPortal on-chain ourselves.
This is important.
COTI PoD is evolving from a simple AVAX/USDC privacy launch into a general-purpose privacy layer for some of the most important assets on Avalanche.
AVAX.
Stablecoins.
Bitcoin liquidity.
Ethereum liquidity.
Public assets in → Privacy-on-Demand → private representations out.
And COTI just told us that the next 30 days will bring:
→ New networks
→ New products
→ New privacy integrations
→ Permanent $COTI utility
→ Liquidity
→ User growth
→ Circulating supply economics 👀
Avalanche may only be the beginning.
$COTI $AVAX $BTC $ETH 🔐
🚨 $COTI 2.0 — THIS IS GETTING SERIOUS.
Privacy-on-Demand just went LIVE on Avalanche.
We then traced a new PrivacyPortal on-chain and confirmed $WBTC as its underlying asset — showing that COTI’s privacy infrastructure is already expanding beyond the initial AVAX/USDC rollout.
And now COTI Foundation announces:
🔥 30 DAYS of expansion
→ New networks
→ New products
→ New privacy integrations
→ New permanent utilities
→ Liquidity
→ User capture
→ CIRCULATING SUPPLY ECONOMICS 👀
That last one is HUGE.
COTI previously pushed back against additional dilution — and now “circulating supply economics” is explicitly part of COTI 2.0.
We don’t know the mechanism yet.
But combine this with:
🔐 PoD live on Avalanche
₿ WBTC PrivacyPortal confirmed on-chain
🏦 Enterprise & institutional privacy focus
🌐 More networks coming
⚙️ New permanent $COTI utilities
🪙 Supply economics changes
…and the picture is becoming very interesting.
This doesn’t look like the end of a product launch.
It looks like the START of COTI’s expansion phase.
30 days.
I’ll be watching every deployment, integration and on-chain address. 👀🔐
