I will be interviewed by the PSNI later this week in relation to the peaceful protest in solidarity with Garvaghy Road residents. Alongside many others, I was proud to stand with the Garvaghy Road community to protect 28 years of peace and progress. I will always stand up for what is right. We have come too far to allow our society to be dragged backwards to the days of domination and supremacy. Everyone must be allowed to live their lives free from sectarian intimidation and harassment. There is no going back. Not now. Not ever.

What utter nonsense. Consider how unionists would react if a republican parade was planned for the Shankill Rd. Imagine the response if Sinn Fein then threatened to walk out of govt because the parade did not go ahead.

The house facing me went on fire & I've two of the residents taking refuge in my house. He was telling me his work sent him over from London in June, his wife & kids were to join him but the race riots broke out & now she's too frightened 😢 Loyalism is racism & shame on them 🤬
