We spent some time with Theo, a Scout with Down's Syndrome, to find out about his experience in Scouts.
If needed, it's important we make adjustments so every young person and volunteer is welcomed and included at Scouts. bit.ly/3PsWFJq #WorldDownSyndromeDay

Vile and hateful comment from PM Rishi Sunak #pmqs Anything for a cheap laugh. Despicable at any time but utterly contemptible with Brianna Ghey's mother watching from the gallery.

Our response to the Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's comments during #PMQs today:

ALT For the Prime Minister to use trans people as a punchline, in front of the grieving mother of a murdered trans child, was cheap, callous and crass. The disrespect and dehumanisation of trans people that we see played out daily in the media and in our political discourse has real life consequences and it has to stop. We call on the Prime Minister to apologise unreservedly for his comments, and for him to reflect on how careless words from those in power can and do result in harm.

We’re heartbroken to share the tragic sudden loss of Kate Vokes & her son Archie. As Oglesby Charitable Trust Chair, our Non-Executive Director & sister of our CEO, Kate was loved & respected by so many. We will miss them terribly.
The family kindly ask for privacy at this time.
