This is the kind of answer I was hoping for. Thank you for taking the question seriously.
What means the most to me is your willingness to say, “We don’t have all the answers yet.” That honesty gives me more confidence than any promise of returns.
After years of M2E, the things that stayed with me weren’t just tokens. They were the habit of getting outside, the people I met, and the days I pushed myself because I didn’t want to let my team down. Those things never appeared on an ROI spreadsheet, but they mattered.
The idea of representing my country or competing alongside friends already gives me a reason to look beyond earnings. I want to see what that becomes.
There’s still a lot to prove. I’ll keep walking, testing, and asking difficult questions—because I want to help make this work.
You keep building. I’ll keep wearing out my shoes. Let’s give people a reason to take that next step ⚡
Well done 🧡
💡 Building a good Cadence shoe AND a good Fortune shoe is essential in #PULSE.
At some point you will have enough daily energy to split your activities to earn multiple rewards the same day ⚡️
At a later point in the game you might even have ONE shoe covering both, cadence and fortune.
Today I devided my total available #PULSE energy of 10.0 + 2.5 refill (=62 min) and did a Fortune run + a Cadence run⚡️
Rewards:
🍀 Sport Bag lvl 3
💰 119 $PACE
That's what I call a successful day.
Can't get enough of @GoPulseRun 😍

That’s actually one of the most important questions we asked ourselves when designing PULSE.
I completely agree: if the only reason to spend PACE is to earn more PACE later, then we haven’t solved the fundamental M2E problem — we’ve only delayed it.
That’s why the first Worlds are mainly about progression: learning the game, building your setup, forging, improving shoes and Pods, and preparing for what comes next. But optimization and ROI are not meant to be the final destination.
Merit and Challenge are where that philosophy starts to evolve.
I can’t reveal the exact Merit mechanism yet, but it introduces a different reward system that isn’t simply about generating more PACE from your runs. Players will need a specialized Merit shoe, and Worlds 1 and 2 are essentially preparing them for that stage.
Challenge goes in another direction: competition and community. Player vs player, country vs country, distance competitions, shoe-type competitions, special events, tournaments, rankings… We want people to compete because it’s fun, social and prestigious, not because every action needs to generate a financial return. Some of these competitions will probably appear earlier on a smaller scale, but the full Challenge World requires a large community to really work.
And that’s also why our ambition goes far beyond Web3. We want PULSE to appeal to everyone, from someone walking the dog for 15 minutes to a serious athlete. Multisport is also part of that vision, with cycling planned as the first expansion.
Ultimately, sustainability cannot depend only on constantly finding new Web3 players. People need reasons to spend because something is fun, rare, competitive, collectible or social — not simply because a spreadsheet predicts a better ROI.
No one has proven a perfect long-term M2E model yet, so I won’t pretend we have all the answers before PULSE operates at scale. But after years of playing these games, studying what worked and what failed, we genuinely believe we’ve found a different model.
And what you see today is still only part of it. Merit, Challenge and other mechanisms we haven’t revealed yet are important pieces of that model. ⚡

Honest feedback from a dedicated tester. Many thanks @sunjap 🙏
Every Beta tester's feedback is valuable. So the minimum we can do is to take it serious and to implement it wherever and however possible.
We have a vision at @GoPulseRun and an idea/concept of how we think #PULSE's game mechanics & tokenomics can create long-term sustainability for a #web3 #fitness game with #movetoearn elements.
But even though we are #M2E veterans ourselves and played dozens of other games in that category, it's not about forcing our concept and ideas on our users. This would lead nowhere. It's about finding a way together to create something amazing together, that we all will enjoy.
Our Vision is clear and simple:
✅️ Creating the the #move2earn app of our dreams.
Our daily Mantra:
✅️ Community is key.
This is what we work for every day.
