On Oct 5, 2026, the Supreme Court DENIED CERT in No. 26-179 with NO explanation and NO merits ruling. The Court left the core constitutional claims completely unadjudicated: systemic property overvaluation β illegal over-taxation β an estimated $5.1 TRILLION in school-district bond exposure resting on a fraudulent tax base.
Denial of cert is only a refusal of discretionary review. It does NOT say the claims are wrong or the conduct is lawful. It simply leaves citizens with no court willing to decide the merits.
