Added to the main branch of Pixelmanager, compare the results yourself. (Not a release yet and only available for sRGB displays for now) github.com/Joegenco/PixelMan…
The Khronos Group has released the Khronos PBR Neutral Tone Mapper specification and sample implementation that is specifically designed to display 3D assets rendered using physically-based rendering (PBR) with true-to-life colors. khr.io/13l #PBR #Rendering

PixelManager OCIO config RC 5 now has UnrealEngine's viewport "default" look as a "view". Allowing you to preview what your work would look like in UE, outside of UE using OCIO, ie. Substance. github.com/Joegenco/PixelMan… Bug reports and feature request/ideas are apricated!

github.com/Joegenco/PixelMan… PixelManager OCIO config is almost there. Derived from EaryChow's AgX config and extended upon. It contains many camera and interchange LOG profiles in addition to image formers such as AgX, TCAMv2, ACES and much more. Bug reports are appriciated.

What gamma do you use with your monitor? Reply with with a colorspace if it's anything other than sRGB, DCI-P3, Display-P3, Rec2020, AdobeRGB.

Troy once again pushing the boundary of modern image formation! I cannot wait to see the mechanics behind this.
Well... for a remarkable hack that echoes creative film, this is about the most robust and happy I've been with the aesthetics of image formation *ever*, which is saying something. I'm sort of surprised I didn't think to really push this along earlier.

Back from my vacation in Greece! In the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki I scanned the Fragments of a marble sarcophagus depicting the Caledonian boar-hunt, it was one of the more detailly preserved sculptures on display. I made this little animation yesterday. #b3d #3DCG

Onio Testing out my new photogrammetry rig, experimenting with roughness map extraction. 2 sets of 75 images. Total time spent 60 minutes (capturing, processing, cleanup. Except this render) #b3d

I visited an aerospace museum yesterday and had the opportunity to scan this Soviet-era jet engine using photogrammetry. I'll make it a challenge to turn this whole thing into sub-d mesh with nice textures and shaders over the next month. #b3d #photogrammetry

I think this is a more accurate chart of Dunning Kruger Effect.

I made this config for Blender's OCIO which includes Default Filmic, ACES, AgX & TCAMv2 at the same time. It's pretty experimental but it seems to be working OK. Have a look if you're interested. youtu.be/RigdyzR_cf0
