What’s up with you folks adding podroll in a different configuration then what was spec’d over two years ago and is being actively deployed in apps you guys are assholes. Nothing like distorting the specification and doing as you want did you guys even consider what’s being done already by the rest of the podcasting space again assholes!

Credit where credit is due: I bought an Alen 75i air purifier back in 2019. Recently, the control panel stopped working, and I braced myself for the usual hassle of dealing with customer service. Instead, I was blown away. All I had to do was provide the serial number and proof of purchase from Amazon—and to my surprise, they replaced the entire unit at no cost.
We’re talking about a $500+ air purifier, completely replaced. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and Alen absolutely delivered.
