Charles asks:
"Who are you inviting, how are you inviting, how often are you inviting, and what are you inviting them to?"
"And I'm amazed by how often I get blank stares!"

.@alexhillman is intentional about bringing unfinished ideas to his community in order so that they can help revise and shape the ideas, making the finished product better. It also increases the sense of belonging among the members of the group. #GatheringSummit

Measures of #community success according to @heif...
1. If a community makes the effort to meet regularly
2. If members are co-creating/co-leading; it's not do-it-yourself, it's do-it-ourselves
3. Having an organic sense of purpose emerge

I loved this #GatheringSummit interview with @modernloveclub! I never would have thought that matchmaking has so much in common with community building, but I'm grateful for the insights that Amy brought to the table around providing value and being in the moment!
One last video for the night: @tonybgoode interviews Amy Van Doran of @modernloveclub. I'm curious to hear about matchmaking and Amy's thoughts on connections made through community! #GatheringSummit
