My mom bought me the Duke Nukem 3d level design book as a 10 year old with no idea what any of it meant. It had quite a few notes from Levelord. To this day I still yearn for level design... spent a lot of time in Worldcraft growing up making my own Counter-Strike and DoD maps.

while SQ42 won't scratch a huge swath of the Star Citizen "itch" (coop/persistent progress), what it does cover will be so well executed, i can't fucking wait. its like getting to see a huge "what if" for all the game systems that make my want to tear my (remaining) hair out

My favorite part about working on @LastEpoch, is that as the Season 5 launch war room got quiet near end of launch day... We all just chatted about loot, the class we were playing, our season goals... just hanging out... playing the very game we're making. That feels different.

Really need someone who has the pulse of the ARPG community. Knows why players play one game but hate the other. Knows where people go for build guides. Knows which creators people listen to. This is a senior level role with a deep passion for the genre. Help me find my unicorn!
