Our members made their own 'paintbrushes' and used them to experiment with Indian ink on long scrolls of paper - losing themselves in the process ποΈ

Absolutely yes to this. As someone said to me, βthe controllers are having a heydayβ & the biggest risk right now as we age is we are wrapped in cotton wool and then die of boredom, loneliness & lack of hope. We need to call this out every day & support older adults to LIVE.
