AI is far more than LLMs and Generative images. it's Waymo self driving cars, it's robotics, it's CV analysis that helps doctors find breast cancer in scans, it's finding correlations in drugs through patient data, it's things we havent even begun to discover yet...

We have information that Moonshot AI distilled Anthropic’s Fable for the development of its K3 model. To do this they developed a sophisticated internal platform to conduct large scale distillation against U.S. models, allowing them to quickly switch between multiple methods of access to avoid detection. Moonshot AI has also acquired GB300-equipped servers and has accessed GB300s in Thailand, likely to train its AI models.   The United States strongly supports the free and fair development of AI, including a thriving competitive ecosystem that spans frontier models, specialized systems, open-source frameworks, and open-weight models. Legitimate AI distillation used to create smaller, more efficient models plays a vital role in this open innovation ecosystem. However, large-scale, covert industrial distillation aimed at stealing proprietary U.S. technology and undermining American research is unacceptable.

Hot take: We don't need a more powerful model right now. GPT-5.6, Fable 5, and similar models are already more than capable for most real-world use cases. The real problem is cost. If AI keeps getting significantly more expensive, 99% of developers won't be able to afford these models at scale and will end up going back to manual coding. Saving $10,000 per month is far more valuable than scoring 1% higher on benchmarks.
Announcing Ship: an endpoint with the highest intelligence per dollar of any frontier model. Today, Ship makes using Opus and GPT 5.6 Sol 50% cheaper guaranteed by a quality SLA.

Inflation is higher, gold lower Inflation lower, gold lower War accelerates, gold lower War on pause, gold lower Rates set higher, gold lower Rates set neutral, gold lower There is no logic with gold price dynamics recently. Banks are still taking a revenge on year end 2025 short squeeze in gold. Only patience!

🚩🚩🚩 big red flag to interpret this study as a good thing. It shows tariffs reduce economic activity including employment.
Absolutely incredible… The SF Fed just released a study of 150 years of US tariff policies. The conclusion? Tariffs lead to *lower* inflation.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Important context missing: the study showed that tariffs lead to lower economic growth and job losses. These effects then in turn drive less demand and lower price levels due to the weakened overall economy. x.com/cremieuxrecuei… fortune.com/2025/11/15/tar… frbsf.org/wp-content/upl…

Kinda feel bad for em. A bunch of people wrongly blaming $HOOD for the outage. AT BEST, you criticize the lack of redundancy. But Id imagine FinTech regulations are a nightmare in these situations.
Following issues due to AWS, Robinhood services are now operating normally. We appreciate your patience and will continue to monitor the situation.

The deeper you go into the semiconductor supply chain, the less believable it becomes. > TSMC, a company on a small island, produces over 90% of the world’s most advanced chips > TSMC relies on dutch company ASML for EUV lithography machines > ASML depends on German Company Carl Zeiss, the only firm in the world capable of making mirrors precise enough for ASML’s requirements. > The light source for ASML’s EUV machines is produced by a single company in San Diego. > The photoresists used to print transistor patterns are produced by Japanese firms like JSR and Tokyo Ohka Kogyo. > The ultra-pure quartz needed to make silicon wafers comes entirely from a single mine in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. > The copper and rare-earth materials inside chips are mined and refined across Chile, the Congo, and China. > The specialized gases used in chipmaking, like neon and fluorine, largely come from Ukraine and Japan. > The design blueprints for these chips often come from American companies like NVIDIA, AMD, and Apple, which rely on software tools from U.S. firms like Synopsys and Cadence. Remove any single piece and the whole system collapses.

Why $IREN Was Removed from the IBD 50 (By ChatGPT) Key finding: IREN’s removal from the IBD 50 list in the week of October 13 2025 was almost certainly caused by its $875 million convertible-note offering announced on October 9, not by performance or editorial rotation. 1. Nature of the Event IREN issued 0% convertible senior notes due 2031, raising $875 million. Such convertible financings are treated by Investor’s Business Daily as corporate events that can temporarily disqualify a stock from eligibility in the IBD 50. 2. Why IBD Excludes Companies After Large Offerings IBD’s rule-based methodology automatically penalizes or removes stocks when a financing event: - Increases share supply or dilution — lowers EPS and ROE metrics that drive the Composite Rating. - Introduces hedge-related shorting — weakens the Accumulation/Distribution (A/D) rating and Relative Strength (RS) line. - Breaks the technical pattern — abnormal trading volume or a pause in momentum can violate “tightness” rules near buy points. - These algorithmic impacts can drop a stock’s ranking sharply, even if fundamentals remain intact. 3. Supporting Precedents IBD has previously removed top-ranked stocks after major financings: - Upstart $UPST – $575 M convertibles (2021) → dropped next week - Tesla $TSLA – $1.8 B convertibles (2017) → temporary removal - Marathon Digital $MARA – at-the-market raise (2023) → short-term exclusion Each was later reinstated once post-offering volatility subsided. 4. Timeline Alignment The immediate disappearance directly follows the offering—clear causal timing. 5. What Happens Next IREN can be re-added once: - its technicals recover (RS ≥ 85, Composite ≥ 90), - post-offering short pressure eases, and - trading patterns normalize. This process often takes a few weeks. ✅ Conclusion IREN’s removal from the IBD 50 was a methodological consequence of its convertible-note issuance, which temporarily disrupted IBD’s scoring metrics through dilution, hedging, and abnormal trading—not a reflection of weakening fundamentals or deliberate overexposure control.
IBD 50 List Week of October 13, 2025 After holding the top spot for three weeks in a row, $IREN has now completely dropped off the list. 🧐 Notable top 15 stocks: 4. $PLTR 5. $RKLB 6. $HOOD 7. $SOUN 11. $HIMS 12. $CLSK – New entry. What am I missing? 👀

$USAR $MP $CRML are going to become a critical emergency for the USA. They will x2 from where we are now. Demand is still very underestimated. The USA needs to become independent and don’t depend on China. Rare earth is the base of semiconductors. Ai is not a bubble. We are just in a Cold War !
