1,226 pounds.
That’s how much ground beef I’ve put down in 7 years and 10 months of an animal-based diet and a lot of it was medium and medium rare.
Not quite a ton and not even to mention all the other beef I’ve eaten…
but if saturated fat really clogged arteries the way they claim, mine should be solid concrete by now.
Funny how none of the people who told me five years ago I was courting heart disease are around to act surprised that I’m still here.
I have eaten more ground beef in 8 years than most people have eaten beef in their entire life.
That’s not a brag.
That’s a message.

In a very real sense, ENAK Seasonings were made for @glcbeef.
It was buying a half cow from them in 2024 that had me trying different flavoring combinations that led to the creation of Four Pepper Blend.
It’s still the beef used in all our meals.
Flavorful and so tender!

Costs less to make than you’d pay for a Big Arch.
Tastes 100X better (unscientific opinion)
Takes less time to make than to go to McDonald’s and get back home.
Has fewer than 1000 calories.

Merry Christmas. I had some fun spreading Christmas cheer on my plane flight to spend Christmas with my parents yesterday.
A huge shout out to @GLCBeef for providing their wonderful, health meat sticks that I could hand out as presents to my fellow passengers.
I was also trying to convince people to eat healthy and stay out of a nursing home forever.
My wish this Christmas is that people make Christmas meals using @MariaEmmerich's recipes instead of Betty Crocker's!
