Here's a new layer of mobile defense against unmanned aerial systems! The F600 Leonidas ground vehicle is on display in our booth at AUSA, featuring Epirus’ class-leading Leonidas high-power microwave (HPM) drone-defeat technology. We have modified the commercially based Ford F600 chassis for military missions, with increased capacity suspension, robust drivetrain and increased power generation. The platform integrates with Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control (FAAD C2) and can deliver effectors beyond the HPM, including traditional kinetic systems. See it today in Washington, D.C. #ThePowerToWin #AUSA2026 #CounterUAS

Our maneuver short-range air defense (M-SHORAD), Increment 4 solution is a platform-agnostic, SLED-based system of systems focused on modularity and adaptability. Providing defensive fires to the Army's light formations, the M-SHORAD, Inc. 4 is interoperable with the service’s C2 systems and enables both independent and networked counter-drone operations. The light, medium and heavy variants host lethality effectors and sensors mounted on various remote weapon stations. Stop by to see it this week at AUSA in Washington, D.C.! #ThePowerToWin #AUSA2026 #MSHORAD

New at AUSA: the second iteration of our Precision Effects & Reconnaissance, Canister-Housed (PERCH) technology. The modular kit, created in partnership with @aerovironment, integrates onto combat vehicles to provide beyond line of sight (BLOS) surveillance and over-the-horizon lethality via Switchblade SB300 loitering munitions. PERCH 2.0 enhances survivability by enabling crews to detect and engage targets at extended ranges and to fire without having to open hatches. Reloads also are easier than the PERCH 1.0, after lessons learned at the MARS demo in 2025 at Ford Hood. #ThePowerToWin #AUSA2026

Warning: There has been a Wolf sighting at AUSA 2026! The Wolf XM30 mechanized infantry combat vehicle is purpose-built as a leap-ahead replacement for the Bradley fighting vehicle, with improved survivability, lethality, mobility and fightability. Shown at AUSA as a one-eighth-scale model, the Wolf XM30 implements the Army’s imperative for a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) to software and hardware architectures from inception. With a born-digital design, the Wolf XM30 carries a digital thread beyond engineering and into verification, production, support and sustainment. Its mission is to deliver Soldiers to a point of positional advantage and provide decisive lethality in support of Infantry squads and Cavalry scouts. #AUSA2026 #ThePowerToWin #ArmyModernization

Our #LandSystems team was honoured to welcome the UK Chief of the Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Sir Richard Knighton, to Merthyr Tydfil. The visit highlighted the strategic importance of a strong, sovereign UK land industrial base — connecting the British Army with the people, skills and manufacturing capability needed to deliver and sustain operational advantage. For more than 60 years, General Dynamics has partnered with UK Defence. Today, our South Wales operations bring together advanced engineering, manufacturing, and through-life support, backed by a nationwide supply chain. At Merthyr Tydfil, the CDS alongside Lt General Anna-Lee Reilly saw that capability first-hand and met some of the apprentices, graduates and veterans building the next generation of UK defence skills. Investing in sovereign capability, skilled people, and enduring British Army–industry partnership strengthens both national resilience and the UK’s ability to support its allies.

Counter-drone air defense on a Ford Ranger. General Dynamics will show it at the AUSA show in Washington next week. The U.S. Army wants drone defense that fits in the back of almost any vehicle, from a Humvee to a pickup. defence-blog.com/general-dyn…

TALK TO ME: @GD_LandSystems taps @LabsPrimordial to build AI assistant for combat vehicle crews. Like a militarized Alexa, the AI is trained to understand soldiers’ voice commands and translate them into specific actions — but not deadly ones. breakingdefense.com/2026/10/…

Combat vehicles are about to become good listeners. We’re excited to announce a teaming agreement with Primordial Labs to bring natural language command and control to ground combat vehicles by expanding the integration of Anura across our portfolio. Anura is a force multiplier for vehicle crews, providing an intuitive interface for interacting with and controlling multiple systems at once. With Anura, Soldiers can talk to their vehicles like they talk to their team. Full details: gdls.com/general-dynamics-la… #ThePowerToWin

Incredible agility delivers results within short timelines. At @BritishArmy-led #ExerciseACCELERATOR 2.0, our #MissionSystems and #LandSystems teams demonstrated rapid integration and interoperability as part of @NATO's Eastern Flank Deterrence Initiative (EFDI). Within two days, we connected Bowman with the EFDI data backbone, integrating the AJAX suite of sensors through its electronic architecture and into the network, enabling situational awareness and targeting data to flow between otherwise separate systems. 📸 : @BritishArmy / @DefenceHQ

We considered many options when naming our XM30 candidate. But in the end, we knew it had to be the Wolf 🐺 "Soldiers want to be in the most lethal vehicle on the battlefield. It is at the top of the food chain, and it also hunts in packs, just like our infantry fight in squads." Listen to our latest WolfCast episode for more on the thinking that went into the name (and be sure subscribe to the podcast on all the major platforms)! #ThePowerToWin #ArmyModernization
