A huge thanks to @EwanAllinson and David Taylor from the Dry Stone Wall Association today at Balgreen.
After major vandalism they did a rebuild of the stone bench, working until it was dark.
Beers are on us in future.

I think we’re far enough along to announce that @GDCC_ are purchasing one of these ex-National Galleries museum display cabinets for us, and we have found a location near the cemetery to host it! It will allow us to display all of the bits and pieces we’ve accumulated! 📖📚🪦 – at Edinburgh, Scotland

Over £3,000 raised from over 100 people before the first hearing. I am astonished and so enormously grateful. ❤️❤️❤️

In nice news, Dalry Cemetery is really cool! It’s full of wildlife & interesting Victorian monuments & loads of trees! We have benches, we have bins, we have catacombs! It’s a beautiful & peaceful oasis where you can walk your dog, have a picnic, or just enjoy the scenery. ☺️🪦🌳 – at Edinburgh, Scotland

This is devastating: @edinhelp @EdinOutdoors you have destroyed one of our decades old mature cherry trees in White Park. Trees are precious to our highly polluted, densely-populated urban area.
Why on earth??
Before and After 🌸🌳😥
