There should be something like a Wikipedia for careers:
Lists of career paths, how & what skills you'll need to break-in & rise up, how much $ you’d earn over time, lifestyle/happiness pros&cons, recommended paths based on interests & skills & personality type, case studies etc
Hiring for a Head of Talent Acquisition - how much would you spend 💰 in terms of recruitment advertising, EB etc to get a slate of quality candidates?
Not counting hiring fees etc, this is spend you'd make to get the slate

As someone who's done hiring before I think a lot of positions do have a massive range. If you get the ideal candidate with lots of experience, $$$, but you might take on a promising junior with hopes of training them up instead. Very different positions from a single generic ad.
Have you read the book #AtomicHabits by @JamesClear?

It's always a good time to invest in training for your employees, and 2023 makes no exception to that rule.
And I think you should indeed dare to experiment with VR in your L&D mix!

Companies that invest in these efforts during times of slower growth will come out stronger at the other end.
That's a wrap!
