Arctic temps and high winds couldn’t stop these Kids On Ice! ❄️⛸️ KOI coaches & @skatecanalparkdc showed up big—games, skills clinics, girls-only hockey, hot cocoa from @dunkin, and nonstop good vibes. No place we’d rather be than the ice 💙

We met @ovi8 This was a great experience for Kids On Ice skaters! Thanks @capitals and @giantfood for inviting us to enjoy some Ovi’s Great Crunch with the legend himself! GOOOOOO CAPS!!!

FFDIA's Board repeatedly warned the District about flaws in the design. This email is just one example where FFDIA, relying on its Board’s expertise in managing community ice rinks, tried to get the District to include FFDIA in the process in a meaningful way. It never happened.
