This is verifiably false. Magnus Carlsen can win a Titled Tuesday event on Chess.com and in between rounds review his games with the aid of an engine to see where he erred. Every player prepares extensively with engines prior to every over the board game too.

The Pokemon VGC community is going through what the chess community went through in 1997 and it's actually hilarious to watch the morons crashout live. This is a net positive for the community. Like with chess, engines will increase accessibility and raise the skill ceiling.

There are ~130 million unique stat spreads for a Pokémon in Champions based on EV allocations and natures. Even before pruning for non-competitive Pokémon, movesets, stat spreads, held items, etc. there are still far more unique chess games than unique 6-Pokémon teams. (3/4)

Please for the love of all that is holy give us controller vibration on the racing surface! It exists when you spin or drive on the grass or curbs, but is crucially missing when you actually need it (sliding the tires while driving on track, inducing wheelspin, locking up, etc.)

Also, on the topic of trigger vibration for brake lockups, NASCAR 26 does cause your trigger to vibrate once you've locked up the brakes. Unlike other racing titles, it's zero vibration until a lockup, and then all of the vibration. You can't threshold brake with this system.

Duped again by NASCAR 26. What a dumpster fire of a game. Zero improvements from N25 and a whole host of new issues. Controller vibration was invented in the '90s, but it seems iRacing can't figure it out in 2026. Hope the cash grab was worth it @iRacingMyers @NASCAR26TheGame
