Just going through the detail of yesterday’s EU Court judgment against Google and so far (about half way) it doesn’t just reject Google’s arguments. It absolutely annihilates them. #GoogleShopping #antitrust

I do remember some seminars at @CC_Antitrust at avenue Louise meetings with Foundem also present among all the others actors involved... thanks for the clarification about the first lawyers working with Foundem on that initial complaint to @EU_Competition 👍
