On Day 2 of Reframe, the panel 'Beyond Gatekeeping: Why Women’s Economic
gender roles, unpaid care burdens, and male gatekeeping that hold women back. For real, lasting change to happen, men cannot just be bystanders; they must actively help dismantle the existing norms that restrict economic freedom for everyone.
So, for women to thrive, men must step up as allies, partners, and champions of equality—both at home and in the workforce.
