The 8th Annual Tennessee Fungal Pathogens group retreat was an authentic success! We shared really good science and was a great place to start new collaborations! Looking forward to the next one!
It was an honor to have Dr Marc Swidergall @Swidergall_lab as our keynote speaker in the 8th TFP retreat! He gave an amazing talk about mucosal fungal immunity and shared really good feedback and advice with some of our work as well.
Our senior researcher @Adela_MV also shared some exciting data about the role of the protein kinase, CotA, in carbon source selection in A. fumigatus in our TFP retreat!
Great talk of our third year grad student, Harrison Thorn, about the Septation Initiation Network in Aspergillus fumigatus in our Tennessee Fungal Pathogens retreat!
